I went in here for the first time. Service was not good at all, I ordered my sandwich, I thought I would pay where he was making the sandwich. He never told me to move down to go pay. Instead he looked at me like I was dumb.

I went down to pay, Another employee, Said what did I order, but I believed he knew what I ordered, because I was the only person in there.

They proceeded to whisper something about me, but I didn’t hear it but my friend...

This was my first time to Potbelly and I was pleasantly surprised. It was a team of young men working and they were so friendly. Seems like a good place to work because they were having a good time. Good food and excellent service. Highly recommended

I ordered the “wreck” a few weeks back. Great employees. Great tasting sandwich. Fair price. We went there a little before dinner time so it was not too busy. Solid place to eat, I would go there again.
