I went to this subway expecting to get my usual order ham,bacon,cheese, toasted. But I received tuna, cheese, toasted. I didn’t realize until I sat down and opened my sandwich so I went back up to the line to try and get some food I will actually eat. When I went up to the register and told the lady working their what happened she replied with “No you ordered tuna” and tried to gaslight me by telling me when she asked if I wanted toasted apparently she said...read full review
Worst customer service I’ve had at a subway. Didn’t want to start out pick up order early even though there were no customers in line and she was sitting in the back. The bread wasn’t cooked fully or was very mushy. She was rude and my sandwich was made wrong. Don’t give this place your business, go to pot belly’s instead.
The woman who works there is literally the rudest woman (7/8/26 at 12:32 PM). My kid complained to me about her at first and I gave her the benefit of the doubt but after several of the exact same experiences with her, I think her skills need to be leveraged in a different role. Customer service is NOT a good fit. Seriously, Subway - do better. With so many consistent reviews, when are you going to address?
