I went to the subway at the Eden Prairie mall, I wanted to teach my younger brother to talk to the workers to order food. Me and my younger brother don't order from here that often so we don't know what is on the menu. when we asked the workers questions about the beard and size he gave us a attitude and rolled his eyes at us and raised his voice. I'm trying to teach my brother to learn how to talk to workers and order his own food. I don't have his name but he had a small mustache and kinda big and he was Mexican. You don't need to have such a big attitude to a little kid if there trying to learn if you want to have an attitude then don't work at the place it is that easy. only some of there workers are responsible and respectfully but that guy was just rude he doesn't need to be working there if he's going to be rude to a customer that if trying to learn how to socialize to workers.

First of all, it took 2+ minutes for the I believe only worker there to come and greet me because he was busy cutting meat even though I was the only customer there when he walked up, he made no eye contact whatsoever just asked what can I get you. I politely asked for an Italian 12” w meat sauce. He explained they don’t make those there and I said all it is is just an Italian with some meat sauce on it and he said we don’t have meat sauce I said yes you do you have meat sauce sitting right in that container and he said we don’t make pizza subs. so I walked away any location that does not make a simple pizza sub, which is just an Italian with meat sauce on it does not get my business ever . What a terrible experience

I am shocked to see so many negative reviews here. My experience was amazing so hopefully the previous problems have been fixed This location had the most flavorful veggies I've ever had at Subway. It all tasted extremely fresh and high quality. Service was also nice and quick. One of the best experiences I've ever had at a Subway! (I was here Dec 3, 2023).

The food was good but the line was long. The worker looked like he was very unhappy and very quite. There is nothing special about it, it’s a subway. They seemed to have less options then other subways but this is also a mall location.

The woman working here on 11/3 at lunch was extremely rude to multiple customers. She yelled at the woman behind us in line for touching the post the rope was on, not moving it, just had her hand on it. Will never go here again because of her.

Very rude customer service. And they don’t let you choose your toppings!? They only let you choose pre-made menu options (toppings and all). Even if you’re the only person in line. It’s bizarre.
