These guys are the best! I've visited here a few times and the coffee has been spot on each and every time. Walk up mobile order window fast, easy and the order is seemingly always ready.Moreover, one specific visit stands out: while overwhelmed with multitasking (kids, work, dog...you name it), I made a mistake on my mobile order. The crew here bailed me out and fixed it in short order -- all with good cheer and compassion for an error-proned, overwhelmed guy. Highest possible recommendation for this outstanding team!Parking: Always spots open and close to the walk up window...what's not to like??!!!

If I could give this Starbucks location 10 stars, I would. The ENTIRE CREW are the friendliest Starbucks employees I've ever met. They actually make an effort to get to know you and it really makes it a brief social event instead of just a drive thru transaction. The entire crew knows our names, our orders, our car and even our dog. It's fun to have that neighborhood feel instead of corporate-y. I had a cancer recurrence and since then it's my daily trip to Starbucks with my dog that makes my day. The entire crew always make me smile. Shout out to Emmett! As I learn more names I will update my review to shout them out as well! Thanks to everyone for the great customer service, amazing drinks and the countless pup cups! You all have brought us a lot of joy in a dark time! Heads up, this is a drive-thru (or walk up) only location! However the drive thru line is always quick. Highly recommend this location if you couldn't tell. :-)Parking: Note this is a drive-thru or walk-up location only.

I went through The drive-through this morning and got an iced sugar cookie latte with light ice. First off, after paying, the lady with brown curly hair forgot that I paid and told me the price again, then said “that’s what happens when I’m doing too many things at once”. They did not put ice in it, And when I went back through to request a new drink, she had an attitude with me. They gave me a new drink, except it tasted worse than the first, Even more watered down. I was being polite. What does it take to get a drink here?

This is the third time in the last 3 weeks I’ve gone to this store only to be told they’re closed. Tonight the store was supposed to close at 7 pm and I arrived at 4:58 pm. I was told that they closed early. The other two times I arrived at 7:57 pm when they close at 8 pm. I used to be a caribou customer and then switched to Starbucks. Will be switching back to caribou after tonight. Go to another Starbucks if you can.

My first trip to Starbucks EVER is a wonderful experience! Sammy at the drive through window was fantastic! They helped me picked the “Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai Tea Latte”, which is like the wonderful taste of fall season in one cup! Sammy is not only friendly but also full of sense of humor! This little Starbucks coffee shop at Terrey Pine Drive is full of laughter! So relaxing just like a cup of coffee.

I will never be returning to this location. The lady at the walk up window was extremely rude to me and would not let me redeem points even though I told her it was my birthday and I wanted to use my bday drink before even paying. She charged me full price after telling me I was eligible for a free drink of any size for my birthday, and then told me to reach out to the app if I want help. I asked her to fulfill the promises made by the rewards program, and she said “that’s not my job”. I’m so upset, never had worse customer service from a starbucks.

Phenomenal staff. Fast service and consistently great coffee. Order ahead via the Starbucks app to avoid the drive-thru line.Kid-friendliness: Ask for a tot cup of whip cream for your toddler (ages three and up).

i swear this has got to be the worst sbux around. 3 times now they have managed to mess up my order, once they handed me my drink and it spilled because the lid wasn’t all the way on and after seeing that it spilled all over me and my car they said “have a good day” and closed the window?? another time my sandwich was put into a bag that had holes on both ends and fell out in front of them and they refused to replace it, and now today i ordered a blueberry oatmeal with agave and of course just plain oatmeal? i don’t know if one of the requirements to work at this location is to be incompetent, but it’d sure make sense

continuously the best starbucks i go too. the crew here is so polite and does a fantastic job making the best drinks. amazon was serving me in the drive through today and they were so polite and made my experience amazing. i love this starbucks<3

I drink Starbucks almost daily and have never had an issue with this location. For those who are in a rush, just place a mobile order pickup 5 mins before you arrive.
