Ichiban Sushi Reviews
So far, so good! 🤩 The food was really good, especially considering the price. There’s a nice variety of dishes, and everything was flavorful and well presented.
But the dessert was definitely the highlight—top-notch! 🍰✨, Highly recommend giving this place a try!

Ichiban Sushi, the food was phenomenal, service was phenomenal, and the atmosphere was phenomenal. I cannot thank my friend Nicholas for the recommendation enough.
Around $60 for all you can eat for dinner/ weekend service. Excellent food with many options to choose from. Food came over quick at most 10 minutes. Anything other than water to drink is extra. Our server came by every 5 to 10 minutes to see if we wanted another round. I will say there was a 2 hour limit for dinner service so be aware of that. I am definitely coming here again with friends and family.

Ichiban Sushi is a restaurant known for its all-you-can-eat sushi. The price of $44.95++ is reasonable considering the quantity and quality of food provided. The sushi quality is described as good, with particularly large portions for the BMW and Hot Night Rolls. Other appetizers like chawanmushi, takoyaki, soft shell crab, and agedashi tofu are also highly rated. While the fish and meat quality may not be top-tier, it is still considered good for a landlocked location like Minnesota.
Reservations are recommended for parties larger than six, while seating is generally easy to obtain for smaller groups. The service has received mixed reviews, with some praising the friendly staff and cleanliness of the restaurant, while others have reported issues with certain waitstaff. Customers appreciate the knowledgeable waitstaff who enhance the dining experience, but there have been complaints about rude service and unexpected gratuity charges.
The menu offers a variety of dishes, with appetizers being a highlight. The unagi nigiri is a customer favorite, alongside the big sashimi slices and fresh oysters. Other positive mentions include the meat gyoza and mochi ice cream. Overall, Ichiban Sushi is a recommended spot for those craving sushi, with a focus on their sushi buffet and quick service. Customers should remember to finish all their food to avoid extra charges for waste, but many find it an excellent value compared to a-la-carte options. However, some recent diners have expressed disappointment with the quality and flavor, particularly after price increases, leading to uncertainty about returning.
