My family made a reservation with 5 adults and a couple of young children. When we showed up, the host told us we could only make reservations for 6 adults and that usually they would keep the deposit but would let it slide this time since we didn’t know. Everything was fine and we continued on with our meal. Host came back shortly to say the manager did not allow that and insisted on charging us for 6 adults. You have to speak to them like they are children, because their website doesn’t say anything about having to reserve a table and tell them it’s for adults and children. If you don’t tell them you have kids they will cancel your table and make you call friends just to satisfy their “adult” pricing. They say they are losing out on money if it’s kids on the table and only a few adults. They will still charge a 10 year old as an adult. Do better!
This restaurant doesn't care about you as long as they get your money. Read the many reviewers on google and you'll find a recurring problem, expressing how dissatisfied the manager/owner is with speaking to the customers over accommodations or seating arrangements.
