I have recently discovered this gem of a coffee shop in Edina! It has now become a routine stop on our walking route over the caribou and Starbucks in the Centennial Lakes Park area. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Dave, and he recommended an iced coffee and that paired perfectly with the fresh sweets we picked out of their bakery! Whether you want to stop in for a coffee, a cone (Ice Cream), or some brunch, Ambrosia Coffee is the spot!

Food is good, however your prices are extremely expensive, I could see if you were getting a meal, but $9.50 for one waffle is expensive. For 2 eggs cost about the same for a dozen of eggs. Coffee cost more than Starbucks and caribou, service is slow, 20 minute's for a deli sandwich is extremely long.

Don’t come here if you have a tight schedule. It doesn’t matter if they’re busy or not, they often forget orders and I’ve had to wait 20 minutes on two separate occasions for small orders. The workers are nice , but there is a lack of professionalism and urgency. For how expensive their food is, it’s not worth it.

it was the most bland and poorly made smoothie I’ve had. Will not be coming back.

I grab a drink at noon most days I am at work. Nice people, good drinks, good atmosphere. They get a bit busy at times so for the medical folks in the building, keep your patience, not just your patients.

Dave is a wonderful person with great conversation! Can't wait to go back and have a delicious espresso. The coffee was top notch. Lovely views of the small pond nearby and furry visitors

I was near centennial lakes looking for coffee and found this place. I was a little confused at first when I pulled up and saw the coffee shop is in the medical center. The cafe is on the lower level of the building yet still has a very warm homey feel. The staff was very friendly and kind. The view out back of centennial lakes was so pretty and I can imagine In The warmer months taking the coffee outside and sitting near the water. They had the typical coffee choices nothing too crazy or over the top. Also very tasty breakfast sandwich and donut!!

Absolutely love Ambrosia coffee & cafe! Every time I’m in the area and I want some good coffee, Ambrosia is where I’m stopping by. The coffee is consistently good as well as the service. They also serve food and yummy ice cream! It’s near centennial lakes, so the views are also great! Their iced or hot latte is my go-to and highly recommend!

I stopped in one summer day for an iced coffee. The servers couldn't have been more attentive and kind (given my chronic indecision: so many choices!). But the biggest surprise was when I left for a walk around the beautiful grounds. Best iced coffee I've ever had. Not watered down. Not bitter. A full-bodied mouth-filling coffee taste.

A tiny/cozy coffee shop with breakfast and lunch items located inside the Medical building but can also be directly accessed from Centennial Lakes walkway. The young lady that took our order was extremely helpful and curtious . Drinks and food was very good! The coffee shop has some seating inside but a nice patio area is just outside which is along the Centennial Lakes parkway.
