The staff is disrespectful and rude. This was new to me, as I have never experienced it to this level. Not a single staff member smiled, said hello, said thanks, or expressed any form of courtesy. Instead all I experienced was judgmental and snobby remarks over simple questions like asking for water or to go containers. The food was mediocre at best with a high price tag. Seating is minimal.

The Stinger 👍
Super cute place, very spacious and inviting! The staff are very nice and the food is delicious! I had the gluten free dairy free banana bread and it's better than any banana bread I've ever tried! (With and without gluten!) the gingerbread latte was so smooth and tasty as well. There is a convenient parking lot right next to the building which helps a lot!

Was very impressed with your manager Mackenzie ! Very genuine, pleasant, cheerful & quick with the service, even when it was busy.
She didn’t miss a beat.
Nice to get that kind of customer service ! Makes a difference.
Food of course, was excellent! Atmosphere wasn’t stuffy or pretentious .
(probably due to your well trained staff)
Bravo !
We’ll be back often.

Nice addition/evolution to have at 50th/France, which has been missing an actual cafe for a while. Relaxed vibe. Good coffee. Pastries are rich and tasty. Service was prompt.

I’ve been anticipating this opening for months and it did not disappoint! Visited the first two mornings they were open and did not have any wait or line at 8:30-8:45am. Pastries have returned to their previous level of deliciousness (akin to their original Wayzata patisserie location back in 2020). Prepared food menu is short but excellent; omelet and French Toast were both wonderful and the ham & cheese baguette with butter is a classic. 50th and France was long overdue for a good breakfast spot.

A nice addition to the area. Food was fast and fresh. Coffee took a few additional minutes, but they were quite busy so I won't hold it against them. Will be back.

Great baked goods. Service was SLOW. Ordered a coffee (and was not busy) and took 20 minutes to make while the rest of the staff avoided eye contact and awkwardly stood around.
