We had a reservation for 7 - in the notes I specified 6 adults and a high chair. I could see our table had 7 adult seating's so I had to ask the hostess to fix that. Also specified we were there for a birthday celebration, again those notes must not make their way to the actual restaurant or they don't read them. When we checked in (we were 14 minutes early) for our reservation we were told we couldn't be seated until our actual reservation time. The restaurant had plenty of help and we didn't have our complete party with us which they knew and we were not expecting to order right away rather we just wanted to sit and relax. The food and waitress were great

Food was cold. Almost no protein in either of our dishes, and barely any noodle in my pad see ew. The short rib potstickers were barely warm.

Our server was outstanding and the food was served quickly and HOT! Thank you for a great experience. We'll be back!

The restaurant was so loud that a conversation was impossible. Especially for senior citizens and those of us with hearing aids. The music was loud and that caused the customers to talk over the music causing the noise levels to increase. We will not be visiting this establishment again worst dining experience I have had in many years.

We both ordered off the gluten free menu and enjoyed it very much. Seemed less salty. Mongolian beef and orange chicken. Very nice server also. GF chocolate cake was excellent. Sticking with that menu from now on. Noise level is high. Sometimes I think we should not have so many open concept kitchens.

Love Big Bowl! Menu, service, and quality! Love the Edina, MN location but wish the Roseville, MN would re-open!

We used to love the stir fry bar at Big Bowl. It's been hit or miss for the past few years. Our last meal was flavorless and essentially inedible. Do not get the kung pao sauce - you're better off with grocery store processed sauce.

Orange chicken was bland and tasted like it came out of a microwave. No crispy orange gooey like it was previously. Probably our fault for advising of shellfish allergy.

We probably go to Big Bowl 5-6 times a year and are generally satisfied with our meals. The food always seems to taste very good.

I love the food at Big Bowl. But I didn't remember how loud it was in the dining room. I had trouble hearing my friend sitting across the table from me.

Our service was wonderful and the food was fine (but not awesome). We also wound up next to a couple who decided to let their one-year old daughter crawl around on the floor and play in the aisle the whole time they ate. So, we spend half an hour watching servers and guests squeeze past and almost trip over this toddler, fearing they'd fall and break their necks. Not exactly how we hoped to celebrate our anniversary dinner.

I used to adore Big Bowl in Roseville. This tasted nothing like it. Spent about $110 on takeout, $95 of that was inedible due to huge amounts of sesame oil. I mean I kid you not- you could not taste anything else. It’s a shame after finally moving close to a location again. Bartender was awesome, so two stars.
