Although their baked goods are Excellent. I shall never buy from Breadsmith again! Their "rewards program" is a joke, depending on who is at the register, and what is allowed to use for points and what is not. I have removed their app from my phone, and will bring my business to other competitors that value their customer's more!

Sheesh! This place went from amazing to wtf relatively quick! We used to love going here, all the bread was SOOOO soft!! That has SERIOUSLY changed!! The last 3 times I've bought bread here it has been really tough, I have to fight to cut through the crust. It's so tough the crust is painful to eat, it cuts the inside of your mouth up of toasted or warmed at all and it's like chewing on rubber if it's cold. Can't win. The last time I was in I asked for a brioche style bun and they said the closest they has was a yogurt roll but they failed to mention it's NOTHING like a soft, fluffy, delicate brioche bun as it's tough, dry, and hard as a rock!! I bought two for sandwiches and they were terrible. I had to eat the contents of my sandwich without the rock hard bun. The bread is again tough and dry. It used to be SO SOFT and perfect!! Idk what you did to make the baker mad or leave but you better find a better one or make amends QUICK!! I'm one more bs loaf of bread away from being and EX customer!!!

This is one of the best retail shops I've ever visited... and the bread and pastries are so amazing. I just absolutely love this place. You will too!

Ordered my loaves of bread ahead of time, my son picked up and didn’t check that inside the bag matched what was written on the outside - which it didn’t. I had to go back & exchange - worker took the wrong loaf, gave me a correct loaf and said sorry. I realize that my time is meaningless to them, but seriously poor customer service. I’ll be going elsewhere next time and be sure to check your orders!

I always have high hopes/expectations going into Breadsmith and sometimes they’re met, sometimes not. The employees are consistently pleasant which says a lot since they’re often busy. The store always seems clean and organized. The prices are reasonable imo considering it’s a bakery and goods are made fresh. However I find some of their baked goods are delicious while others are lacking or inaccurate in their description. Taste is somewhat subjective but following are my take(s) on some of the things I’ve purchased:BREAD: what I’ve had has been very good. Mostly baguettes, challah rolls and hoagie rolls. The hamburger buns were very heavy. Too heavy for me.SCONES: The 2 flavors were large and delicious. Dryish but that’s a Scone.BROWNIE: they are huge and labeled as fudgy. They are cakey imo.CROUTONS: very garlic forward. If you like garlic, possibly a couple hours after eating them, you’ll like these.CINNAMON ROLLS and BABKA ROLLS have been disappointing. Lacking strong flavor and on the dry side.PUMPKIN BREAD with walnuts: Good but not great. It’s more pumpkin spice flavored rather than pumpkin (pie) flavored.I will likely continue to try different items as their selection is huge including daily and seasonal options. The bakery only atmosphere is a nice change to the everything and the kitchen sink stores that prevail.

Everything here is fantastic! They have the most moist scones imaginable. My husband and I loved it so much we had to go back again the next day and get more. Quick and friendly service as well!

I ordered a mini babka, they put two in my bag, and they charged me for two, so I asked... They gave me one for free! This would have been very fortunate, but both babka loafs were stale.

If you want to spend $9 on a small bag of what is, essentially, $2-worth of pita chips and have a school kid with no training ring you up, then feel free to shop here. This shop doesn't spend the time to train their employees before putting them on the spot, and as a result they can't answer a single question about the products. There is nothing to reconcile the outrageous pricing. To top it off, the computer system asked me to tip the staff for what was the opposite of customer service. The whole transaction was awkward and the person training the kid was annoyed at best. Not planning to return.

The Bread variety and options, along with use whole grain for many items makes it a very good choice for healthy eating and tastes.

Hearty wholesome fresh bread, delicious scones, and rich smells, it's the place to go for baked goods

April 8 2023--the day before Easter and the place is busy. But impeccably efficient! Breadsmith looked at the calendar( as we all know, some retail outlets forget to do this)--knew it would be busy, and had plenty of service and baking staff to keep the lines moving quickly and efficiently. I was impressed. Oh yeah....the bakery items were good too! The dinner rolls drew oohs and ahs from my family, while the requisite cranberry flaxseed loaf continues to amaze.
