I stopped by Bruegger’s Bagels today, and the food was good—but the experience definitely wasn’t. After I missed the trash can tossing out my garbage, a staff member started yelling and swearing at me. There’s absolutely no reason to treat a customer like that and it was completely unprofessional.
The manger Kevin was so unwelcoming he so rudely told me “ we start down here” meaning we take orders at the register first at this store but I mean walking in the store no “ welcome in greeting “ then very rude as he proceeded to take my order I literally had to ask are you having a bad morning your so rude this morning “ like I will never stop here on a hum bug again
