As someone who has worked in an extremely fast-paced cafe, I do not write reviews often, but after multiple visits with same experiences, I will not be back. Seeing how the (assumed) manager was treating not only his employees, but customers too was unprofessional and unacceptable. He yelled at customers that they were slammed and won’t take orders for 10+ minutes rather than kindly communicating and provided rude customer service at the register. He continued to yell at the employees about how busy they were, moved extremely slowly and seemed so frustrated when he had to help out, and wasn’t helping create a good flow. Overall, this location is extremely unorganized (they’ve had ample amounts of staff members each time I’ve been there) and inefficient. Many of the employees were simply doing their best, but needed help and guidance rather than being yelled at. Furthermore, I ordered a cinnamon sugar bagel, toasted, with butter. My bagel was not toasted and only one side had butter which was frustrating after already waiting for 20+ minutes.

Jesus what has happened to bruggers? I went to this location a few weeks ago to order a salmon aka lox bagel, which is on the menu. Tell me why they didnt put lox on it. I thought surely this is just a bad day. Went back ordered Two bagels they were out of all bagels besides salt Or blueberry. Never order the salt bagel. Are they trying to preserve the bagel for next generation? I’ve never encountered so much salt. It was literally an edible. The salt bagel would put someone with hypertension in the grave. Also, they forgot cream cheese on both bagels, despite cream cheese, being part of the menu item. They also forgot one of our drinks. I thought Edina might be a better location, but I’ve also had horrible experiences in Eden Prairie. Get it together Bruggers, you’re a mess girl. 0/10

Want some really awful and slow service? Here’s the place to go!
All 3 employees were extremely friendly & helpful. Amelia was her name, then 2 men. Great experience, AMAZING 🍪 cookie. ☮️
We had take out and the food was good the next day as well as the day we bought it.
Will visit more, when I'm the cities.
Shouldn’t have to wait over 10 minutes to be asked if I want something to eat
Went to Bruegger's on Sunday morning and I'm pretty disappointed. The place is nice and big, so that's good I guess.
But wow, they are so disorganized! They have plenty of people working there, so it's not like they're short staffed. The problem is they just don't know how to work efficiently. Other fast food places have people doing different jobs - some work on online orders, others help customers in line. But here? Everyone was just running around the whole restaurant working on one order at a time. It was chaos.
We waited at least 20 minutes just for bagels on a Sunday morning when it was busy. That's way too long. And when we finally got our food, the bagel was completely smashed up. For $8, this is what we get? Come on.
The place has potential because it's nice inside and they have enough workers. But they really need to get their act together and figure out how to actually run the place. Until then, I'll probably go somewhere else for bagels.
Don't even bother going there in the morning I waited there for 5 minutes didn't even get my order taken
I came into this place again after my last Not so great experience. This time I was pleasantly surprised. It was pretty welcoming, they had more tables out to sit.
From the beginning to end was a very pleasant experience and the Bagels were super fresh, these were the freshest that I have EVER had.Thank you for such a pleasant experience!
Seating is limited. Looks like all the booths and tables have been removed from the restaurant. Doesn’t even look or taste like a Bruegger’s. Doesn’t seem to have recovered from COVID even tho there’s plenty of customers. Atmosphere is minus zero. Menu even looks like it’s from another bagel shop. Just not your regular Bruggers.

Absolutely baffling use of space. The line to the counter was annoying, confusing and disorganized. It would take no effort to stage some bollards and direct the people to line up differently especially since the space is basically empty and there is a massive buffer between any tables and the counter. Other than that it's a typical Bruggers, and they do what you expect: make bagels.

I stood in the same spot for 20 minutes, asked if I should stay there, was told to stay and no one offered to help or direct me. Others placed their orders ahead of me. I’ve been coming here for years and today felt like an idiot for 20 minutes. Thanks folks. Be more aware.

Super bummed. I just got two bagel sandwiches and when we went to eat them, they were both missing ingredients, not cut all the way and just a mess.
It’s 8 a.m., and the atmosphere inside is calm—except for one person. The cashier is overly amped up, probably from one too many espressos, and lacks basic manners. My experience felt rushed and uncomfortable because he seemed irritated. Not a great first impression, and I won’t be coming back.
The last 3 times I have stopped in here I have walked out due to frustration. It is not close to what it was a few years ago. The ordering process is confusing, no order or logic. Its always a cluster F no matter how busy. I have stood waiting to order with no one in front of me and still have been ignored and staff won't even make eye contact.
The dining area has been reopened after being closed way after Covid was over, and but it is still empty, messy, and uninviting. I had enjoyed going here for years, but will never again. I can tell other guests look confused, don't know where to order, and are also unhappy.
I also have been scolded/yelled at by employees for standing in the wrong spot. There used to be a logical line but its now all over the place.
