This place is on point, I went yesterday 8/28 and within minutes of getting my seat at the bar my order was in and a Pepsi in my hand. The bartender there is awesome I forget her name but she's tal l dark hair really really nice. I told her what I wanted and she got it perfectly. I tried the new buffalo ranch and as the kids would say it was " bussin" lol. The price is nice for me. Lunch about 12 bucks.

I’ve never had so many things go wrong/be forgotten with a bartender. 1st- She told us that it was happy hour when it wasn’t. So we ordered appetizers and specialty drinks because it was “supposedly” happy hour. 2nd - she forgot to put in our appetizer. We reminded her and she was not apologetic at all. 3rd- gave me the wrong drink. 4th - did not bring extra ranch. 5th - she said she would still give us happy hour prices because of her mistake and she did not. 6th - gave us someone else’s bill.(we did not realize until after our card was charged). We noticed because once our card was ran it was a $20 dollar difference from what we thought we would be paying.I will never come here again. This was a miserable experience.

This is the worst BWW i have ever been ! Long wait for food and drinks ( food took forever) . And the most funny part is “the host just told me to wait 30minute to get the table , it was not busy at all( some part is empty) ””!! I couldn’t imagine how terrible it would be for the business owners ( I suggest they need rethink about their Service Employees ) Horrible service .

Went there last night with my girlfriend. 2nd bad experience.When we get there, were told there is a thirty minute wait.. Keep in mind all sections of the restaurant have several open tables. Seems odd to wait, but we do. Finally the manager who is by the way terrific.. She told her host's to stop taking people's names down and to just seat people. She said she had too many open tables and 4 cooks in the back just twiddling their thumbs because they have nothing to cook. So the host start seating a few people THEN they go back to taking names down and telling people wait times! THERE ARE OPEN TABLES EVERYWHERE AND THE MANGER JUST TOLD THE HOST TO SIT PEOPLE. WHY GO BACK TO TAKING NAMES. Okay the manager comes back again. Stop and seat these people. Okay finally but no.. the host skips up and we wait another 10-15 mins. Took forever to get our first drink. About 15 mins to get that. The server was NOT attentive at all. And we still tipped! I wanted to tell the manager but we didn't want to bombard her. She looks like she was having a night. Employees didn't seem motivated to . I'm not one to ask for free stuff but man dropping the ball like that last night. Unacceptable. I love Buffalo Wild Wings but the service truly is garbage.

I've been here a couple times and it's like most BWW's locations. Beer, food, sports is what I got and I'm a cauliflower wings guy now. I typically get a 5 stars experience and this time was no different. 5 stars from me!

HORRIBLE!! Buffalo Wild Wings has clearly traded in consistency for hit or miss and tolerable quality. Dried out, lack of sauce, even had a few wings with no sauce; but they sure did dry those out like the rest of them. We ordered 80 wings and they left a bit to be desired. Extremely disappointed ting that this company would allow their quality to not only dip but completely nose dive, or kamikaze but the customer is the "mark." Corporate should dissolve this location.

Im actually shocked at how bad the food has gotten. Bdubs has always been a go-to for my family. We would order traditional dry rub lemon pepper wings in bulk pretty much.This spot use to be our favorite location, unfortunately the quality of food has gone down by a lot! There was BARELY any lemon pepper. I mean i couldn’t even taste it. The chicken itself smelled foul. We had to breathe out of our mouths so we don’t smell how bad it was. The foul smell was coming off of the bone but you can smell it in the meat too. Not only was the lemon pepper barely there but the chicken itself tasted like straight fried oil. It was so bad. It didn’t taste right at all.$10 for 6 smelly chicken wings.. I’m mind blown.It was also my first time ordering the “Chicken Dawg” and wow $5 for a tiny chicken strip and barely any buffalo sauce ? what a joke. The photos of the chicken dawg are blatantly photoshopped. The tender looks huge in the poster. The audacity to serve people 1 chicken tender in a hot dog bun for $5 ??.Not to mention how Ill my mom and I got after eating here. oof.Never coming back, ever.

Haven’t been to Buffalo Wild Wings in awhile, but the food and staff have definitely diminished in quality. I placed an online order for pick up. The restaurant was nearly empty and there were 3 people standing in the take out area behind the counter). Apparently their conversation was too important to even acknowledge my presence. No “hello,” “thank you,” or anything. I ordered wings with dry seasoning and it seemed like the seasoning was dumped in the box and the wings were placed on top, because they were not coated at all. The wings were extremely dry. Y’all are paying people to stand around and talk to one another. I will not be back.

The managers named jamie or whoever you may spell that sows name was extremely rude and sloppy , not to mention a much fatter mouth than paycheck . As a pregnant woman saving every cent I possibly can towards my incoming child I spent nearly $40 on a wasted craving of wings and fries . The fries were more than cold they were as stale as the grim repeats fingers and the chicken was under sauced , seasoned , and dry . I was told the refund would take 2 days but I'm reality when I called back it takes 5-7. 0/5 stars for poor communication as well . When I said I'd physically have to come up there and make a formal complaint this underdressed cow told me I was threatening her and she also said it was within her right to determine if my dialogue was threatening or not which in fact it wasn't and even if it was that's my human right to say whatever I want and it's within her payroll to serve me and not be combative. Food 0/10 , attitude 0/10 , and Jamie 0/10 . I hope one day she does fully realize she works at a chain wing restaurant and I owe her no more respect than a homeless person asking for MY hard earned money for NOTHING because that's exactly what happened when I went to dine there .

7 people here and no one has even talked to us. (8min) I forgot how crappy the service is here. I'd use other words but what's the point. Finally asked to move to a place with servers. 5 (sets of people) we sat ourselves. Waitress was sweet when she came by. She was not even one of the 7. Not sure why its dead in here but we'll see

Great customer service here, but unfortunately nowhere online to leave a tip. I asked about this after ordering togo and was told, "The tip machine is broken so you just have to tip in store." This makes no sense. This also doesn't let you tip door dash and the driver stole our order last week which is why I ordered takeout instead today. please fix this!

Went in around 7pm on Thursday, it was busy. Our waitress, Brittany, was very friendly, kind, and an excellent server. My friend and I both ordered a drink from the bar, she brought back waters and informed us the bartender was backed up and ot would be a few minutes for the drinks from the bar. That was an excellent trait, she let us know what was going on and kept us informed.She nailed our order perfect, she was quick with comebacks to my banter, and it was clear she was very exhausted and wore out after such a busy night. And she still did a fabulous job. She also had a trainee shadowing her, her was polite and comical too. I sadly forgot his name. We will definitely be back!

Always always love their wings with the variety of sauces and rubs they have in their menu. I ONLY ever order traditional wings. This is what they are known for. But another person at my table ordered their American Burger and it was the bomb.

I'm rating the 2 stars for service... They take forever to service... we waited for about 15 mins to be seated, even though there were lot of tables empty... another 10 mins to take the order... and almost 45 mins for the food to come... we loose all the patience n interest by the time food comes... I notice a low staff, is the reason behind the delayed service... though the serving staff is friendly and quick, it took forever for the food... Food tasted really good... we asked for extra wet wings and they delivered as it is... though sometimes the wings are pretty dry... it's a hit or miss... I guess take away is the best option for this place... They do have ample amount of parking available...
