First somehow got the order wrong the first time and gave us only 2 medium fries when we ordered 2 whoppers and 2 LARGE fries, and then when we got our order again, when we got home we noticed there were still only medium fries in the bag. Not the only time we've had problems at this location.

Door locked at 11.45 on a Saturday the hors are a blatant lie. The door said midnight but the employees said "sorry" why do I even bother with burger king

They experience with the App offers specifically very frustrating. You provide the code and store accepts its removed from the app and the customer service teammate tells you it did not work. I asked how did it not work as it was removed from the app. No answer, no customer service offered to rectify even when they acknowledged the Wednesday app special was available. Told me to wait 59 minutes to try the offer again. So ridiculous
