The barista was super friendly and kind. I do however think this specific caribou location needs a revamp with their equipment or something as of the last year or so this locations espresso tends to taste “off” as in bottom of the barrel

I asked the employee if she could grind up some coffee beans for me to grind up and she just straight up said no. when I asked her why and if she could possibly try grinding it up in smaller amounts she laughed at me and said “its the privilege for me” when I asked for the general manager and her name she refused to give that to me as well. She slammed the “were on a break sign” on the table and left the building.

Typical caribou experience which is fine in terms of food but I walked and heard the general manager River openly demeaning employees right in front of them and guests. I formerly worked at Caribou in college and loved my experience and can’t believe that’s how poor the work environment is at this location. They seem far too immature to be managing other young people.

If you’re open until 5 pm? You don’t put a cone in the lot at 4:30pm. The staff here was rude and had really poor attitude.Customer service is part of your jobs. I get it’s nice out but, just because your schedule says 5pm doesn’t mean you get to run out the door at 5pm.

I went to Caribou Coffee inside the Lunds at 50th and France and was helped by Ruby. I explained to her that we're having our kitchen floor sanded and I can't make fresh coffee for the next 3 days. She checked the expiration dates on the milk and figured out a way for me to take 3 iced vanilla lattes home in a carrier to last 3 days!! What great service, and they are delicious too!!
