Ty R is the best!! She recommended great options for coffee and her energy is so positive I came back 3 straight days while on business trip. Wish I had a Ty R in my hometown let alone a Caribou Coffee!

Ordered a medium Mocha hot with whip. I had to ask to have it remade there was mostly whip very little liquid!!! I'm paying for the coffee and milk it shouldn't be Half whip! Very disappointed! The second one was exactly the same!! Barista could care less. My motto has always been: Make it like you're making it for Yourself! Do Better Caribou! I know You can!

Very polite and asked if I wanted to use my points.
I really liked the team members who were working today but there was a problem. I bought coffee beans & had them ground. There weren’t any bags at the store & when I got home I noticed that much of the coffee had spilled in my car. Please tell the wonderful team members to make sure the bean bags are tightly closed before giving them to the customer.

Sick of paying 10$ for a coffee that is wrong. Ask for extra espresso and leave a tip and you don't even get what you ordered. Basically just drinking sugar milk. They make sure to put enough ice in there so you don't really get that much " coffee". Half of the staff is usually pretty short and rude.
