Nice employees on a Friday afternoon. A third employee came on shift andMAN are they loud.Having a really great, LOUD TIME.Couldn’t block em out with my noise-cancelling headphones. Lots of hard, reverberating surfaces.You gotta be aware of how loud and grating yelling-conversations and peals of girl-laughter are at the 150 decibels. Heard every word. Didn’t want to. Didn’t have a choice.Had to leave.

My husband was treated terribly there by a rude cashier today and then on top of that she made our drinks wrong. My husband is very mild mannered and said she was so rude that he didn't want to ask for the correct drinks. Disappointed and won't be back to this location despite its convenience.

Weird and uncomfortable. Hopefully just this day and shift. Rhetorical but why does there need to be code locks on the bathrooms? For luxury drink I received a ‘hot’ drink warm. I don’t like how you tip at pay when they haven’t performed their job yet. I gave a tip to receive 2 ‘hot’ drinks warmed and called by the wrong name. For the Pride I enjoy supporting Caribou Coffee as a locally owned business, I’d avoid this location the inexperienced employees.
