I absolutely love this place! I had a cold drink that was mango flavored with strawberry popping boba, and it was amazing! I could taste each and every flavor in it. Not to mention, it also looked good. It's brightly colored and looks scrumptious, which it is. My friend got the dragonfruit one, and the color blend was so cool. The only reason I'm giving this 4 starts is because of the service. The people there are not welcoming, and almost look like they don't want to be there. The machine to order is also kinda weird. I ordered my regular drink with the strawberry popping boba, and they didn't put it. I'm pretty sure it was a machine error. Thankfully, they were at least nice enough to re-add it. So overall, this is a great place, but the people could be nicer.

Delicious thai tea that cured my boba fix! Didn't have a powdery or syrup taste! I should've ordered the bigger size because i had no idea how good this was going to be. Drinks came out fast and service was quick. No real issue here!

A must if you visit the Edina location. Staff was great and the orders were completed fairly quick considering the line, it moved fast. Good seating area. After the first try, I had to get a repeat for the Mango Green Tea with Mango Popping!Wheelchair accessibility: Inside the mall, you can park by Macy’s, main level and access it through the mall doors. Wheelchair-friendly.

I loved Chatime and had hoped that Niko Niko would be the same, but unfortunately it isn’t.Their only options for sweetness levels are 100%, 50%, 25%, and 0%. I ordered 50% and it wasn’t sweet enough, but 100% would be too sweet.At Chatime I would get 80% and it was perfect - I wish there was at least a 75% option. I was also disappointed to see that these drinks came with ice as it makes the drink watery and hard to get the remaining boba out of the bottom. This also means you get less drink. Chatime came without ice, and the drink was chilled.Overall I’m pretty disappointed in the change and am going to find another boba spot from now on.

Rebranded all nine of their Twin Cities locations to Niko Niko Boba. They kept the same menu, and added some new drinks. They don't do the loyalty punch cards anymore but you can sign up for their new rewards program online (similar to Starbucks). Up through 11/12/23, current loyalty cards with 10 punches can be redeemed for a free drink. After that, they will no longer accept them.

Today, 10/04/23,I went to Chatime, in the town of Southdale, mall, and as usual, to buy one of my favorite teas but with poor preparation, the coconut milk is bad, he didn't have time cooking in hot water? and as a result the milk is curdled and does not dissolve well in the hot water,and the bad thing is that I do not fill my glass well either? Having said this, I told the girl who prepared it that she needed to fill it out and for which I had already paid $ apart, I have the right to complain because it is not cheap or free,and the only thing I received was a very bad response and Terrible reaction because the employee looked at me and looked at the glass of my tea and said that's nothing? almost nothing and for something if? and she started laughing and kept looking at the glass that he needed to fill it and she turned around and started laughing at me again with his other partner? that was very unpleasant, humiliating and a great lack of respect, for me and for any of Your client,I only expected and wanted to receive something well prepared and for what you had already paid? so what she? then she set out to remix the tea again and she only gave me half? in an unfilled glass? the tea with nothing of everything it contains, the pearls or any of the ingredients and I still almost almost threw the glass on the counter? without saying anything and she turned around again? and they kept laughing at me with another of her classmates???? It was a total disappointment, not just because of the customer service? if not for hiring untrained staff in this place, so popular, as is Chatime? what a disappointment? lousy staff with a low level of education bad treatment and racism to the client, knowing that thanks to the public they have a salary to collect $ ...

Ordered 2 drinks which was in the drink carton but who puts the drink carton in plastic bag. By the time my kid got in the car the drink was all opened and spilled in the bag. Don’t put drink carton in bags for take out orders please.

Don't live close enough to get bubble tea otherwise I would be here a little more often. Depends on who is working, normally get friendly service but there has been 2 or 3 visits that weren't very pleasant, attitude... But I figured they had a bad day and they barely put any popping bobas in the tea. Otherwise 5 star
