The brown rice was undercooked and crunchy! I just happened to be in that area for a doctors appt for the pain in my back, so I wasn't driving. Under different circumstances, I would've taken it back!

This place is an absolute mess. Stopped here for a quick grab and go dinner a few weeks ago. I experienced unbelievably rude service and the worst Chipotle burrito I've ever had in 20 years of being a customer. The burrito shell was clearly in horrible shape upon being heated up, I knew this would make wrapping a problem (spoiler alert: it was! A second shell was needed). The wrapping issue was actually impressive, as after normal servings of rice, beans, and chicken, I received the smallest portions of toppings I've ever seen. The salsa servings were less than a shot glass worth. I asked for the guacamole to be removed after the micro portion added, not paying extra for that. I tried advising some of this to the manager who prior to checking us out was busy socializing with friends in the dinning room, and he could have cared less. I contacted chipotle support before I ate the burrito upon arriving home. It was the worst chipotle burrito I've ever had. I'll never go back to this location.

Terrible service. I ordered a Carnitas bowl and a Chicken bowl, both with no extras, and I was charged $34 when I usually pay $23 for both dishes. I asked the cashier about it, and her response was that everything is considered extra—cheese, guacamole, everything is charged as an extra according to her. However, I’ve eaten at every Chipotle in Minneapolis, and I’ve never been charged extra like this before. I understand “extra” to mean something I already have and I’m asking for more of, not something I don’t have at all. Even though she tried to recheck the receipt to verify the charge, she couldn’t match the amount I was charged and just told me that with taxes, it adds up to the total. 🤷🏻♂️ On top of that, they serve very little food; compared to other Chipotles, the portions here are much smaller.

Ordered online and ended up with half a burrito bowl. Bowl w/ chips & guacamole ended up being near 27$ which itself was not the issue, I knew it would be spendy with delivery, however with that price I should get a full bowl. It didnt look they were just skimping a little, but rather just forgot/removed half the bowl. I received the smallest amount of rice I have ever seen and minimal Pico. When I ordered it was well after rush hour, near 7:50 pm, so it shouldn't have been a rush/dinner hour issue. Food tasted fine, but will not ever order delivery again. Won't ever trust take out either.

Super stingy on the portions the manager kept telling the server not to give too much and saying hey that's too much. I felt bad for the worker 😕 not coming here again
To be fair I didn't even get food. 6:10 on a Saturday night and they were out of rice. Except for the big vat of rice on the back prep table. Probably for the best. All the meats and sauces looked either dry and crusty or mixed together. The worker could not have been more rude. Saved me on getting food poisoning so thanks I guess!

If I could give negative starts I would. This place is an absolute mess. Stopped here for a quick grab and go dinner. I was sadly mistaken, unbelievably rude service and employees as we waited in line to order one employee in particular got beyond upset that a customer had asked for extra rice and meet and threw a bin of rice into a massive stack of dirty dishes and startled all the guests very unprofessional. When it was our turn to order she was not very pleasant and seemed upset to have to be taking my order. I had ordered for my husband and myself and asked for queso on his burrito and we no joke got maybe a tablespoon on queso and was old if we wanted more it would be charged as extra. We ended up paying $31 and some change for our dinner and it was most definitely NOT worth our money. We got barely any food and charged if we wanted more none of it was fresh. The queso looked like it had been sitting there all day crusted to the sides of the dish it was in. They didn’t even bother to mix it so you could only imagine what the top of that bin looked like and what was put into our burrito. Very disappointed have never had such a disappointing chipotle trip but it definitely doesn’t make me want to go back to any chipotle I am so say the least very disgusted.

Every time I come here they are not ready. They say they’re open at 10:45 but they don’t even open the doors til 10:55 and they didn’t serve me until 11:05. And when they did serve me the food wasn’t prepared so I had to adjust my order to suit what they had. They also gave me someone else’s order last time. This place needs to make some serious changes or else they will chase people away
