Order said it was ready, I went in, only to see my food just sitting on the pickupself with no name, I waited and waited to see my name, nothing. I asked a team member but they did not understand anything I was saying whatever, not a big deal, when someone else comes out I ask them, they tag my bag after it’s already been sitting there since I came in ten minutes ago. They also did not give me chips and said they were out? Make more? It’s chipotle!!! I don’t usually leave reviews but the service at this chipotle was less than subpar, meat was also dried out

When I asked politely for more rice, the employee told me no. She then laughed and spoke in Spanish to her coworker immediately afterward. The interaction made the visit uncomfortable, and I don’t plan to return.

Absolutely the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had—and the final straw for me.
I placed a takeout order and arrived 20-30 minutes after the pickup time (my fault for running late). When I got there, my order was already gone—apparently stolen by someone else. I completely understand that happens when orders sit out.
What I don’t understand is the employee’s reaction. She showed zero concern, blamed me entirely for the theft (“you were late, so it’s your fault”), and told me I’d have to wait for a completely new order. Fair enough—except after 20 more minutes of standing there while new orders kept coming out, I asked about mine and was told it hadn’t even been started yet and I’d need to wait another 15+ minutes. She continued to be dismissive and rude the entire time, repeating that she had to “keep up with pickup times” as if I was somehow inconveniencing her.
When a second employee finally started my bowl, he scooped the rice, then walked completely out of sight for about a minute and returned to the line with nothing added to the bowl and no visible ingredients in his hands. It was extremely strange and, frankly, concerning. The whole thing felt extremely off and unsanitary. Because of that, I threw the entire order in the trash —I couldn’t bring myself to eat it.
Over 45 minutes of waiting for an order that was already paid for, treated like I was the problem the whole time. No apology, no urgency, no basic courtesy.
Chipotle’s food and service have been sliding for a while, but this level of indifference and outright rudeness is unacceptable.
I’m done—I won’t be returning to any location

This has got to be one of the more depressing chipotle's in the area. Food is mid and I often find myself driving to further away chipotles just for better service and more consistent proportions. You're almost transported from Edina to a more sketchy feeling chipotle as soon as you walk in the door.

12:28 on a Monday. No one in line. Got food in 1 min. No ice in machine. Coke Zero empty. No forks. A million spoons, but no forks. Chairs up on table from closing prior night. I came here with hesitation due to prior poor experience. This is it. 3.1 rating is generous.

Went in for the BOGO Veterans Day deal. Got 2 Burrito Bowls. Everything was tasty and fresh. A great way to end the day.
If you want great service and good food this is not the chipotle to go to. Aside from the cashier the attitude from the two ladies who served us was not pleasant. I ordered once from here before but this will be my last. Both ladies who assisted with serving the food behaved as if I wasn’t paying for the actual meal. The portion was 1/2 of what the normal portion should be so I ended up asking for double of the ingredients - the rice was the worst part it was practically mush. A waste of $20 for bland tasting food.

Maybe don't try and shut down at 10:20 and give customers terrible portions and attitude when you work at chipotle and someone actually wants chipotle.

Every time I’ve gone into this one recently they have had a bad attitude and vibe all together. They are so stingy it’s insane. I asked for extra rice and the lady straight up said no even though I said I’d pay for it. All the employees look like they hate being there and treat their customers like they’re inconveniencing them by being there

Please get this location figured out. It is seriously always a disaster when I go here. Never any chips, never anyone at the register. “We don’t have it” well maybe start making it?! 15 orders backed Up waiting to check out and no one is deciding to take over the register. It’s literally ONLY this location that I am always scratching my head at. I rarely go to this one for these reasons and thought I’d give it another chance. That was a mistake again.
