Kids throughout the United States wants to hear the word Chuck-E-Cheese it speaks for itself but we have to keep in mind all Chuck-E-Cheese but my kids love the Chuck-E-Cheese out there in in Edina it's more of and amusement for kids

The food and the customer service is great. We have gone here twice for birthday parties. During both these times, the waiters/waitresses were always making sure we had everything we wanted. The food kept coming in hot and yummy!! Love the enthusiasm this place offers. The only drawback is that some of the gaming machines r broken and there is no warning displayed. So you might end up swiping points for a game you cannot play. But would happily go back here just for their employees!
Horrible service order was wrong and Chuck E only came out one time in a 3 hour span. Find a different location if you want to celebrate and enjoy.

I don't even know where to begin. This was an awful experience. Many games were broken and/or out of tickets. The soda fountain upstairs did not have nozzles on it, so it spayed all over you if you tried to use it. The pizza took over an hour to come out, and when it did, it was overcooked AND cold. Employees were more concerned with getting ready to end their shift than address any problems. Zero stars if I could.
