We've gotten takeout a few times but I'm just not impressed with the flavors and consistency. For medium spiced, they just dumped red pepper flakes in only one section of our pad thai. And the vegetable stir fry had zero richness or flavor. Spring rolls were very bland. We go to the other thai places in nearby cities and will continue to as we just haven't enjoyed the flavors here.

Service was terrible. Most of the staff was rude and patronizing.

Had dinner here on a recent evening, meeting up with friends. Starting with their food, it was pretty good. We enjoyed the papaya salad, along with the stir fry with thai basil, rama curry, and their thai stir fried cashews. Dishes were good, and enjoyable, but I've had better Thai food that was much more flavorful & delectable. So this restaurant was a bit of a disappointment in that regard. They had very limited Vegan options, which was very surprising as many Thai restaurants that we tend to frequent have entire Vegan menu's with lots of options. Service was very good - they came to our table periodically throughout the evening, getting refills, etc... Overall, it was a decent Thai dining experience, but nothing spectacular that makes me want to return on a future visit.

Service was robotic. I had Pad Thai with chicken and the chicken was just awful. My husband had red curry that he enjoyed but the beef was gray in color, chewy, and flavorless.
3 dishes and a glass of wine $95
Great food and atmosphere but service is very sad. I will not go again owing to the service and reluctant to take the order. Food was really tasty. I probably will order a takeout but will not sit and eat here.

Disappointed with the service. The waiter didn’t want to work. We had to call him many times to place our order. He didn't clear the table eve though the table was full. He got the check when we were waiting for the dessert Manu. Overall the waiter gave a cold response. I wouldn’t never go back to this place.

Ordered chicken pad Thai to go. The noodles and chicken were so dry I could barely swallow it. It needed more sauce & they only gave me one thin lime wedge.
Also, I have never had it prepared so bland! They did not ask me what spice level I wanted & unfortunately I neglected to inquire. Very disappointed. Had I been eating in the restaurant I could have sent it back!

The food was good, but the service significantly impacted our dining experience in a negative way. The male server’s attitude was unprofessional and gave the impression he didn’t want to be there.
This is disappointing, especially since we’ve been loyal customers for years. We’ll be taking our business elsewhere.

Used to be my favorite. But takeout lately is hit and miss. Ordered pangyang curry. No heat or flavor. Disappointing. Not sure I’ll continue ordering from here.

Literally one of my favorite restaurants in the entire world. The pineapple curry has my whole heart.

This place has a very romantic vibe, an excellent location with easy parking in the garage (plus a garage), and the food is delicious.

the price for the portions is so good, I get take out here often and it lasts me days! the tofu spring rolls, pad thai, fried rices are so good! and the tofu is perfect every time
I’ve been going to Nongs in Golden Valley for years and recently moved. Discovered Coconut Thai is owned by the same people and decided to give it a go. Wow, of course it’s amazing! The same incredible quality and flavor, I am overjoyed! I was going to post a photo but I gobbled my food before I remembered! The market street area or whatever it’s called has numerous parking ramps and you will have to walk a bit but there is a wide area where you can drop off guests who may not be able to walk long distance, I am not sure if they have reserved “handicap” parking nearby tho. I ordered pineapple curry with tofu - veggies were perfectly cooked with just a bit of crunch, tofu was crispy and the curry itself was packed with flavor. Loved the compostable container but a shame they still wrapped it in plastic but I understand why. I also ordered the veg spring roll and lol I’m so embarrassed I’m just a glutton they were SO GOOD. I personally feel like the portion of the dipping sauce could be larger because again I’m a glutton and it’s so good so maybe order extra if you’re a dipping diva like me. All in all, I’m happy. Wish I ordered more but there’s always tomorrow!
