First time here, didn't know about 3 different roast darknesses and 3 different chocolate options. Got dark and dark at the reco if the barista. It was really good.

This is by far my favorite Caribou location! I frequently go out of my way for this spot because my drink is always made with consistency and love. It’s honestly hard to see some of the negative reviews. I’ve always had a positive experience with all of the employees I’ve interacted with here. The staff are friendly and observant. Thanks for the amazing service!

If I could give them a zero i would. The coffee is horrible and the staff just want to argue. I honestly believe this is because im a clean cut, fit white male and I could just see the hatred. I should have walked out when I saw the list of each employees name with their preferred pronouns next yo the register. I just wanted a coffee but the individuals working here are horrible human being and so is the management of Caribou Coffee for allowing this in their store. I just went across the street to Starbucks and had a perfect coffee and no bs. I should also note at at 715 am Starbucks was packed yet this location had 3 customers inside it. Caribou even has the better location in this comparison.

Caribou is a convenient place to get coffee on the run, but when I have the time I prefer to visit local coffee shops

The place was very quiet, especially if you had a brief meeting or needed to read for a while.

The staff are always great and get my order correct every time.

Love the coffee and use to love getting the surveys to save a little $$$ but you’ve made it so hard to get surveys it’s very irritating! Really a bad choice from your marketing department!

I never go to coffee shops cuz they're expensive, but why don't they have medium roast available all the time? When I went there they had medium decaf, dark roast, and light roast. Because I was in hurry I I got the dark roast.

The quality is always good, the employees are helpful and on this specific day, the barista made me feel special by acknowledging my birthday twice in my visit - one at the pos and once at pick up.
