Won't remove cheese from sandwiches to accommodate food allergies
Very pleased with service and taste of beverage!
Caribou is a convenient place to get coffee on the run, but when I have the time I prefer to visit local coffee shops
Bee always makes my day great!
The place was very quiet, especially if you had a brief meeting or needed to read for a while.
The staff are always great and get my order correct every time.
Love the coffee and use to love getting the surveys to save a little $$$ but you’ve made it so hard to get surveys it’s very irritating! Really a bad choice from your marketing department!
I never go to coffee shops cuz they're expensive, but why don't they have medium roast available all the time? When I went there they had medium decaf, dark roast, and light roast. Because I was in hurry I I got the dark roast.
The quality is always good, the employees are helpful and on this specific day, the barista made me feel special by acknowledging my birthday twice in my visit - one at the pos and once at pick up.
Said open at 5:30, but pulled up no open sign on. Pulled around to drive though and board wasn't lit up. Didn't get a drink. Kinda odd.

had an absolutely awful experience here and have never been treated so rudely at a coffee shop before. When I walked in, the shop was completely empty—no line, no other customers waiting—yet I stood at the counter for three minutes without being acknowledged. There were three employees working, but the worker responsible for the register ignored me entirely, despite clearly seeing me.
After waiting, I finally waved and said, “Hello, I’ve been waiting for three minutes.” Instead of assisting me, she continued making three oat milk lattes before finally coming over, visibly annoyed. When she did, I ordered a simple cup of coffee, which is normally poured immediately from a dispenser right behind the counter.
After taking my money, she walked away and went back to making complex espresso drinks, leaving me waiting even longer. At that point, I said, “I just want a cup of coffee, can you just pour it for me? I’ve been waiting now for five minutes and cannot afford to wait another five.”
Her response? Loud enough for everyone to hear:
“You have to WAIT YOUR TURN, I KNOW, I’M SORRY, THAT MUST BE SO HARD FOR YOU.”
It was humiliating. She seemed to enjoy making me wait, deliberately refusing to pour a simple cup of coffee out of what felt like pure spite. Her behavior was unprofessional, mean-spirited, and completely unnecessary.
With inflation and the rising cost of living, spending $3.69 on a cup of drip coffee is a luxury, not a necessity. Coffee shops cannot afford to hire and retain employees who actively make the experience miserable for paying customers. This kind of service drives people away—and for good reason.
I will not be returning to this location, and after this experience, I’ve decided I will not be purchasing from Caribou Coffee at all this year. There are too many great coffee shops that actually appreciate their customers.
Stopped here before work. The drive-thru was packed so I walked in. The staff got my drink together quickly and sent me out the door. The latté was good, keeping consistent with other locations. The location is pretty roomy inside with lots of seating in case you're needing to meet people or do work.
I felt bad for the employees. Every time i walked in there were only 3 people working. They were all amazing and smiling. I just hope they are okay.
Always a joy coming here! :)
Parking: Lots of parking, the drive through can be a little tricky though
