Tell me why there are only two employees working on a Saturday lunch rush? Acted like they didn’t even care that we spent over 30 minutes in line, not a great look

The food is ok, but we went Wednesday at 6pm and there were two people working and clearly they were overrun with orders. There needs to be more people working at busy times. It’s not fair to the staff or customers. Also my bf didnt get any chicken in his bowl. Pretty disappointed probably wont go back here.

Ordered delivery, completely ignored every single one of my requests. Wild rice not cooked all the way and oh yeah avocado peel in my food. I submitted complaints through their website and was told someone would contact me back and no one ever did

So many experiences with mixed up orders, no delivery showing up after it says it is one its way, and defensive and crabby staff when trying to figure out what is going on. The MPLS Lakes crisp and green service is top notch. I will stick to that store from now on and skip Edina.

A nice place for a salad. Relatively affordable for this expensive neighborhood. Freshly made bowls and salads here with good ingredients. It was the only eatery we could afford, and it's still, like, a $15 salad. I had the Greek Out bowl, which was tasty and well made.

I wanted to like this place but unfortunately my southwest wrap was one of the blandest things I’ve ever ate. Something spicy should not taste so flavorless. Healthy does not have to mean lack of seasoning. Ingredient quality seemed very good at least, but unfortunately the food is less than the sum of its parts without good seasoning.

Slow bad service they had 7 people waiting for takeouts and the people working were not making sure orders were done on time. There was also nobody ordering in store and they gave no clarification for waiting customers.

The worst service I've ever had. Received my food one hour after the promised time, and none of the employees cared to help the 8 of us standing around waiting for online orders. Not to mention the single employee handling online orders appeared high off his @$$.

Little on the pricy side but great option for a fresh salad with lots of fun, unique toppings not generally found when casually eating put. Let my friend and I talk for a couple of hours to catch up without hounding us at all.
I love this place, I work next to it and come here frequently. I use their app and it's awesome getting a free salad after 10 visits. I order a custom build-your-own bowl each time and it's always delicious and consistent. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. The bowls are quite expensive but at least you get a whole meal and it's very filling, doesn't leave you hungry like other salads can. Only thing I'd say is they should not pre-slice the avocados because they're extremely brown and unappealing every time. May just opt out of that ingredient from now on. Anyway, it's def worth going to this place. They are card only, but make sure you tip the staff on the card reader! :) Thanks C&G

They were suppose to open at 10:30, but when I got there at 1:10, they were open but “not open”. They yelled from behind the counter “we aren’t open yet” with know apology or time when they might open.
