Online order for 4 bowls for takeout. Two of them have rotten avocado, completely brown, black, and slimy in them when we open them at home. One was fine. Drive all the way back. Staff does not apologize, say anything about the inconvenience, or offer a refund. They remade the bowl but apparently didn’t feel any accountability or sympathy. What terrible service.

Usually the staff are VERY nice. Once in a while you get an employee who would clearly be somewhere else. I always sit in the back near the restroom and I think that staff doesn’t realize that any customers are in the store. I just like being in a more private area while eating. I usually dine in during less busy times it seems. You can hear most of what the employees are talking loudly about. Sometimes it’s crude language, but again they probably don’t even know I’m sitting in there. But yes, it would be nice if I didn’t have to hear the occasional profanity and if they weren’t so loud while talking across the room about private matters to each other. I’m sure they wouldn’t do any of this if they knew a customer was inside though. I still do like this location.

This place is beyond rude. Walked in to an unlock store with an “open” sign on at 9:41AM. The girl behind the counter said “We don’t open until 10:30.” And I said “Oh, well your open sign is on you may want to turn that off.” And she responds in a super rude tone “YEAH, well we open at 10:30.” And then proceeds to leave the open sign on. Awful attitude. I don’t expect to be served early and can gladly come back during operating hours, but with no hours on the door, the door unlocked, and the open sign illuminated, don’t be so rude to a customer and then leave the light on.

I come to this location a couple of times a month and while the meal is good the people who are on the line putting in the ingredients and at the end putting it all together in the wrap don’t seem to have any training before they throw them in front of customers. I understand this is an entry level position but the last three times I’ve ordered a wrap I get back to my office and the whole thing opens up and falls apart. A total mess and not convenient in the slightest. Please train your staff to wrap the burrito’s properly!
