I haven't been to this location in a while. Yesterday around 6:30 pm, I placed a pick up order through the drive-thru and realized at the window, I had failed to place the order. The drive-thru person was extremely gracious. My two salads were made in under 5 minutes (no exaggeration here), and they were both accurate and delicious. I am so grateful to the person at the drive-thru window. It had been a hectic day, and they truly went above and beyond for me despite my mistake.

I came to this location the other day for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. The service was good and the employees were helpful. Natalie seems to be the queen of salads, she had great recommendations for my friends and I. This is also probably the cleanest location I’ve seen. Props to the edina crisp & green.

This young guy about 19 was incredibly rude. He ignored me while he served 5 others that came in after me.All I wanted was my delivery pickup which was just out of reach.I wouldn't have bothered to review if the brat didn't smirk and make me aware he was doing it intentionally.Can't stand the service here, it's not the first time.
If you enjoy flavor this ain’t the place. I got the strawberry sunrise smoothie and the cob salad. My smoothie tasted like water with a single strawberry, some banana and a dip of pineapple. I didn’t finish it because there was no flavor. The cob salad was nice and spicy only due to the jalapeños. Rest of it was quite un-flavorful.SERVICE WAS AWFUL. They were just talking about who is goin on break and forgot who’s order went to who 4 times. I was extremely disappointed. $25 for a salad and smoothly with bad service. Damn.

Love that they provide a wide variety of healthy and delicious options. If you're not a salad person their rice bowls are great.Vegetarian options: It's a salad place with tofu options, like 99. 9% of their menu is able to be vegetarian

I ordered for curbside pickup and when I arrived, there was a sign that said park and go inside to get your curbside pickup order. Once I got inside, the gentleman asked me for the name on the order, when he found it, he said this was for curbside pickup and we would've brought it out to you. As a customer, there were too many conflicting messages. Nonetheless, the atmosphere and staff were amazing. I'm not upset, just giving my experience in hopes that they fix the issues and make it easier for people in the future. When you get inside the establishment, the smell is heavenly, not sure what it is but I could smell it all day. Very neat and clean, the space itself has a lot to offer. You can definitely have a meeting or date here and not feel cramped. I'll be back to see if my process is smoother.
