We’ve ordered from the location a few times because it’s the closest and most convenient, but they always seem to mess up our order. It is usually a large order, and so we’ve made it a point now to check we get the right cookies before we leave the store. Didn’t bother me much because humans make mistakes so never considered to come here and leave a review. However, today we made an order for 9 single cookies (wanting each in their own box) because it was my daughters...
Occasionally Crumbl has some banging cookies or cake (ex: waffle cookie or pumpkin cake) but their cookies are just too doughy. If they were like actual cookies cooked through I think I would enjoy them a lot more.
