Really poor experience. $750.00 order for a business that was late with no explanation whatsoever. We only had a certain amount of time for lunch built into our training day, and D. Brian’s took most of it with the late delivery. I understand that things happen and I could’ve worked around it, but they never even bothered to text me or call me and give me a heads up that they were running behind. Really poor customer service, and now that I know that they don’t value us as a customer, I’ll take our business elsewhere. They won’t be getting any orders from me again.

This venue is located on the lower level of an office building. It seems focused primarily on its popular catering service and secondarily on serving the local office lunch crowd, especially those working in the same building or one nearby. The seating and ambiance reflect the office culture. The Vegan Burger was both good and basic. It had a Beyond brand patty, a Follow Your Heart vegan cheese slice, greens & a tomato served on a vegan brioche bun. I chose a bag of chips as my side. Staff was wonderful to work with for a family event. Very responsive to requests prior to delivery day. Food was delivered on time and tasted great. Everyone loved it!

Food is decent....Besides that the customer service is pretty bad.The workers there tends to forget what you ordered.Place is under staff. Especially if you are going during lunch time, prepare to wait 30mins to get your order in and food.Oh and this place really needs to have separate signs indicating which side to order salads/soup and burgers. I stood for 20mins.. finally getting to the front just to be told to go to the next line for a burger. Back to the line I went. Nope I left the place.Please order ahead or go get lunch somewhere else.Recommendation? Nope.

Everyone had a lovely time and a great dinner. Even our fussiest eaters enjoyed the meal and I am sure you’ve gained a few more fans.

Don't even think of ordering delivery at noon on a weekday. I straight up didn't get my food.

Great place! The manager cares about customers! He let me in when I showed up at the closing time. Cubb Avocado Small with ranch dressing and without bacon is my favorite:)

I sent my friends to this place with my warmest recommendations. I go their often. This recommendation is always successful. The the cooking is fantastic and the stuff is efficient and cooperative. Whenever we go to this place we pass a delightful time. I warmly recommend this restaurant.
