I went thru the drive thru intending to eat in my car. After paying and before receiving my treats, “I said, “I decided to come in and eat, may I pick up my treats at the counter”. I knew I’d have many things to carry in, it was raining moderately and the car next to me was rather close. With my recent luck, I knew at least 1 item would be dropped or spilled.
One employee asked another, who asked another, who asked another. Apparently I was the only customer to ask such a difficult, crazy question.
I could have parked and standing at the counter before my treats were even ready. I said, “Due to the difficulty my request has caused and to avoid you from needing to call the President, I’ll just play by the rules".
Why do we make mountains out of molehills? Is it fun? What is the purpose? Would the employee or customer rather deal with mountains?

I went to purchase a smoothie and the young lady was there but clearly on her phone in the back. No big deal except she had me waiting for five minutes and not acknowledging me. I had to politely ask her for help. She said okay and made my smoothie in less than 15 seconds. It had so much ice in it I couldn't enjoy it. I won't be back

It says it open at 11 am. Went to get a hot dog and a blizzard and employee said 11:30 am. Tell your company to change the time. This place doesn’t have a drive thru at all. People that says it has a drive thru is lying and probably with the company to get it better review

To the young adult working the drive thru July 15th around 8pm that gave our puppy a pup cup!You turned our day around by doing such a simple gesture! Thanks for being so sweet
Bought Blizzards Royal New York Cheese Cake shake and Chase cakes were missing. Also, the shake was all melting. It was suppose to be like dough. DQ, please ensure the consistency in your quality across outlets.

Came for an ice cream with my son. Ordered as I always do, was told they don't do 1/2 and 1/2 toppings but they do extra toppings. I don't want extra because that's too much topping to ice cream. It must have been a "manager" because he thought he didn't need to be in uniform rather a Minnetonka fleece. Came back to grab a napkin for my son and could tell they were obviously talking about about, looking back and immediately stop talking. Super unprofessional. Hopefully you own this franchise because a salaried employee should have much more respect for guests.
