My cake was delicious but the writing wasn't the best. However the manger tried her best to fix it and gave me a discount for the mishap.I greatly appreciated and will be back for out next event!!

The new automated ordering system is as much fun as calling the doctor, or your ISP. Those things I need to deal with. DQ I do not.

The new AI drive through ordering system is horrible. It's frustrating to have to repeat myself several times and it still got my very simple order wrong.
This automated order system is terrible. They didn't get my complete order and the line took forever because they were fixing things on the fly. Good on the real people working but the AI has to go.

Showed up tonight, waited in line at the drive thru for 15 minutes only to find out they were out of ice cream. Now, I'm stuck in the drive thru line, no way out, for nothing. I suggested they maybe let people know sooner before they commit to the drive thru as I suspect most people were at Dairy Queen for ice cream but all I got was a snippy response. Not even a 'sorry for the inconvenience'.
I suspect all I'll get is some sort of canned response to this which fits with the service they provide. I've read some recent reviews and it seems like service issues are a regular thing here. It's too bad they don't do anything with the feedback.

I ordered my ice cream and didn’t get it for 30 minutes. I watched every single person behind get their ice cream, and when people kept coming in, they too got their ice cream before me. I was standing right by the counter, and heard them say at least twice that I still needed my ice cream but would not acknowledge me or let me know it was taking longer or apologize for the wait and bad service. Staff needs to be trained a little better, and order of operations is in need of some work.

I stopped in for a cone. Was perfect as always. The artwork looked different to me for some reason idk. There were games for the kids to play with it was very clean. Something was different I just think there use to be local pictures in there but I might be wrong.

Man I’ve done dealt with fast food for awhile and excellent maybe even good customer service goes a long way. The employees here is ignorant and disrespectful like I made them work there. It’s ridiculous I’m spending my own money if you make a mistake fix it. Wasn’t even worth arguing or complaining but never again worthless. Learn how to treat people.

Hey I have a crazy idea . Why don’t you actually take care of your customers ? I’m sorry, I’ve read your latest reviews and I can tell this is a challenge for you guys, but what if you actually do your job ? Maybe actually help customers ?

Our blizzards were half mixed. It took literally 21 minutes for us to get our 2 chicken strip baskets despite there not being many other food orders. They didn't have to-go boxes for the chicken strip baskets. We ordered both with gravy and thankfully checked our bag before we left only to find no gravy; come to find out they were out of gravy but didn't tell us before ordering and didn't ask what substitute we wanted. And after waiting 20+ minutes for our food, our fries were cold and soggy. Every table in the restaurant was dirty as an added bonus. No part of our experience was up to par and we will not be back.
