Brian is amazing. Came in with 4 teenage boys and he was patient with taking our orders. Came and checked on us to make sure our food was alright. On top of as I’m writing this he just helped an elderly couple bring there food to there table.Thanks Brian for the great service.

The food is good, not always fresh, but if you ask the people that work like Jesus or Roberto, they fix it right away they should get a raise. Those are some hard-working people right there. They've been there like forever and always done right by the customers. Even if that Jesus guy looks like an avocado with a beard, they're good people's.

This team went above and beyond for us when we hosted a birthday party here! Jesus did an amazing job getting us set up with the space and the cake ordered, and the team there was so friendly and helpful. They made the birthday party a fantastic experience for us. It’s very nice inside and really clean, and they had games and activities for kids. Definitely coming back to host more events!

Drive through is extremely slow. Last few times I have come here, its a long wait after you pay.
I go to this dairy queen pretty often on Sundays during lunch and I was super bummed out I couldn’t see kevin who usually takes my order and makes my food. He is so kind and so understanding and to not see him as often during the school year made me pretty upset knowing he’s one of the best employees at this location ever since this summer.

Very poor customer service:I ordered my son a happy meal, and then before thinking about taking my order they asked me to pay. I said I’d like to order also. Then when the food came out, only my son’s food was prepared. They didn’t make my meal. We waited around for another 5 minutes for my food. They didn’t know what they were doing, just stood around talking.The bathroom was completely out of toilet paper, with puke in one stall toilet, pee on the seat in another, and no TP in the third.Very disappointing. Dairy Queen is better than this.

Drive-through menu was animated, so just finding a plain chicken sandwich was a chore. Placed my order, was handed my Blizzard and told to park in one of the spaces further down and they'd bring my food out to me. 15 minutes later, it still hadn't been brought out. An employee let me into the lobby even though it had closed so I could talk to someone. The manager (?) started to argue with me about how it had 'just come out', but it was someone else's order entirely. The person I'd talked to at the window showed up with my food, so they'd at least figured out where that bag was supposed to go.I got home and they'd also screwed up my 'plain chicken sandwich' order, so it cost me time, money, and frustration and they didn't even get the order right.Hopefully the melted Blizzard I put in the freezer is at least less disappointing than literally everything else about my experience.Update: All the blizzard mix-ins were at the top, so it, too, was a disappointment.Update 2: And the link they provided in their reply just goes to a generic 'Contact Us' link. So... hard pass. Several opportunities where this could've been handled with better customer service, all flubbed.
