It is a fun time to bring the kids and let them run around the place. As you would expect from a video game sports par, it is quite noisy. Food was good overall, it's bar food, but a bit pricy for what you get. Have an unlimited game pass for a couple of months so we plan to go back; but not year round, just a now and then after that is done.

they were all really nice and helpful and if we had questions they were there to help with anything we needed and I would be willing to go there again for another gathering

I was a little disappointed with the play card deals that they have. It's a little deceiving that there are only certain games that you can play when you buy the unlimited card.

Took my son and his friends for his 12th bday. The waitress was great and the food with game card deal was a good deal and kept them occupied for a substantial amount of time.

Went for a birthday party, was ignored , my mashed potatoes were cold? Why? Food was VERY VERY EXPENSIVE!!!!! We will never go there for a party again... many other restaurants that treat you nice for a fair price.. we wondered why the place was empty.. maybe employees should work instead of chatting? Please make sure customers have silverware, napkins and refills..just a tip ..thanks

First time to Dave & Busters, brought my family of six. Our waiter was great. Food was pretty good. This was a newly renovated location. Was very disappointed in the games. Many were off, and many others would let you swipe your card but then not work. There was one technician there and both he and another employee indicated there are constant problems with the machines. I had to get credits restored 6-7 times which was a hassle and I felt like I was imposing so I stopped asking after it happened more times. Not a good experience on the gaming side at all. Guess the renovation made it look updated but they forgot experience matters most.

Of course our reservation was late, so I was waiting at the host station and I guess it's walk in seating after a certain time. So I was just staning there then a young lady who appeared to be off the clock walks up and asked me was I okay as if something was wrong with me. I know I need to actually be checked in for my app and she was blowing that off like just sit

A fun place for kids and adults alike. A good variety of games for people of all skill levels. You can win a decent amount of tickets if you play the right games to earn pretty good prizes. My only complaint is there’s really no employees circulating in the arcade and it’s frustrating when you go to play a game that charges your card and then doesn’t work but there’s no out of order sign. If you go during the week your credits will last longer as they charge more on the weekends. It does get loud so be ready for that. Lastly the food and drinks are pretty good. I’d say you need to get one of the biggest tickets packages and split it between two player cards to get an hour 1/2-2hrs of play on a weekend

This place is okay, not the best if you have any type of actual problem. K had a groupon not working and the manager just said "we cant do anything with that" and looked at me like I was scamming them. It worked after a while and the workers were ten times nicer about it.
But I wouldnt suggest spending loads of money here without using a groupon or anything.
Dont even try with the food, movie theater food at best.

Great experience and top notch service! Evan, the manager, went out of his way to help us when we forgot something at the restaurant. Will forever be appreciative! Overall the arcade and restaurant were very clean , great/diverse options in the gift shop, and a good variety of games for all ages!

The bar lady was very very rude. And she’s lucky I didn’t get her name because I would’ve blasted it everywhere. I’m thinking I’m going to call and describe what she looked like. Anyways, it ultimately ended up loosing you guys money because we definitely weren’t going to spend our hard earned money here!
