Food was amazing. However the service wasn't that great. Our server disappeared for 20 to 30 minutes at a time. When I say disappeared I mean disappeared. Like we had to ask another waitress to find ours!!. The sports on the screen were too freaking loud!!! I didn't realize Dave and Busters became a loud sports bar!?!?!

Is absurdly loud at this location and that should not be taken with a grain of salt. I did sound in lighting prediction first several years and I enjoy excessively loud music but subwoofers etc. So coming from someone with a very high tolerance for loud places this place is crazy loud I'm talking a Vikings or Twins game was not even as loud as this. I pulled out a decibel reader on my phone to get an idea how loud it was there and my phone was steady at 100 dB and peaking at 110 to 113 db at my dinner table mind you there's no live music going on or nothing. I was surprised how professional my server was considering the amount of face and neck tattoos. Also food is pretty expensive here and you're getting some par quality. It's an amazing place to bring your kids for the arcade but if you're going for a dinner date this is a terrible location

The price for arcade chips bit expensive and the need to add few more varieties of prizes for lower points may be their strategy to purposefully keep more prize options for getting people return to their playing but would be nice if they add few more options to lower point accumulation

Came on a Friday night while waiting for a table at a sushi place nearby. The happy hour deal for drinks was so good. $5 for a blackberry lemonade or a long island iced tea. Atmosphere was good, not too crowded and staff was friendly. Would definitely come back again

This place is expensive and the games are not worth the money. The food is bad. For a normal amount of gaming, the prizes at the end are minimal and cheap. I typically spend $100 for about 90 minutes of play time for my two kids. I’ll spend another $80-100 if we get food, which I’ll probably avoid from now on. The games are often broken and do not work or take your credits. My kids have a great time here but they don’t pay for it.

Came here for the $2 beers & $5 shot deal but they only had coors available which was disappointing. Aside from that, food was decent. The pasta was good for me but the chicken didn’t taste like Cajun seasoning. Lastly, our server had us wait 30 minutes to order our food and then he kept getting super close to my ear to talk to me which was very uncomfortable.
My son and I hung out for a few hours just playing games and had a great time.Kid-friendliness: My son had so much fun playing the games. Especially trying to throw the baseball as hard as he can.

Nice family environment from the moment you step in, what not to like? It was great. Returning to the arcade, and first time trying the restaurant, food was delicious, Kat was very nice and took care of us. Arcade is very good. Redeeming the tickets was easy and the prizes were pretty good, the store has good selection of items and toys for both kids and adults. I found the phone charging station very useful, good price, fast charging and used it for three of our phones with low battery.Kid-friendliness: This is a super fun environment for both adults and kids, avoid rushing it and leave plenty of time to explore the games you like, some could take time to get because they are very popular like the Basketball Connect 4.For folks and kids who are sensory/sensitive, I recommend planning only a few games as it could get overwhelming after sometime especially if it’s crowded (noise, volume, music, flashing lights) but there are nice sitting areas you could use to rest.Wheelchair accessibility: For accessibility, use the mall elevator on 3rd floor (across the other end from the stairs you see connecting to D&B’s main entrance) and once you are on the 3rd floor you will walk the hallway on the left side, then you’ll have access to the door that connects to the arcade next to the shop area, no elevator inside D&B (Macy’s 3rd floor elevators do not connect to this location).

Let me begin by saying the service was excellent. Our waiter (first name starts with "M") was very friendly and accommodating, as well as the shift manager (I'm guessing) that checked in a couple times, and the gentleman that promptly escorted our plates back to be cleaned.Our food was terrible. The chicken breast appeared to be freezer burnt and had no taste (like 1/4" thick), and a medium burger came out raw in the middle. We aren't the type to complain and send food back. We know how kitchen staff react and "re-prepare" orders, and I refuse to take chances like that.Arcade experience was worse than the food. It seemed like every other machine was out of order. We lost close to half our credits on machines that appeared to be playable.
