Domino's Pizza

the food was good and my wings were crispy instead of mushy compared to other dominos. pasta was really good too and the garlic bites were also crunchy!

My pizza said it was being prepared for an hour and I get it’s Friday and Halloween so I just called to get an update. I was put on hold for 15 min for the gentleman to come back to the phone and say “use the app, we don’t have time” and hung up. I understand being busy but how unprofessional and rude. Went to the store so I could cancel order. Lots of employees working you’d think making a pizza wouldn’t be that difficult.

I didn't realize this Domino's was so close to my house. I ordered over the phone. I didn't check the website for deals so I asked the gentleman that answered the phone. He told me the deal of the day and was very courteous and respectful. When I picked it up, it was still hot and all of the workers were respectful and courteous. I will go back to this one again!!!

Price was on point when ordering through the app. Got back to hotel after Sunday night Vikings game, ordered here, felt bad due to being 30 minutes from closing time but prices and quality at Vikings stadium definitely show corporate greed with the masses. Pizza came out amazing, quick, accurate. Andrew nailed it and he still had a lot of energy. Great experience.

They added green peppers and onions to my 1-topping order (Philly steak). I hate both peppers and onions and had to throw out 3/4 of the pizza. Screwing up a 1-topping pizza is pretty impressive.

Pre ordered 12 pizza for a group of High School kids for a summer band lunch. Ordered through the app for pickup. Processed over a day ahead. Everything went fine. Received confirmation number.
Showed up and was told it was never paid for and canceled. They didn't have time to deal with it for another 45 mins.
With 40 hungry kids and limited time, we needed to hit DQ for buckets of chicken fingers.
Never again with Domino's. And, 40 families were told how terrible Domino's and their employee was. Will probably tell this story every time I see someone with Domino's.

Worst dominos pizza in Edina don’t ever go, I was ordering food I was on the phone for 50 minutes, waiting someone to take my order they hangoff. I called them another day whatever I order I didn’t get, they bring me different order.

I'm always happy with my order! I do choose pickup, because I think that pizza that's been in the box for longer than 20 minutes tastes weird? Anyway, I track the order's progress on the website and time my arrival for as close to it coming out of the oven as possible.
The shop and people are great! I'm always greeted and assisted quickly. If it's not too busy, we can chat or joke for a minute, which I enjoy. I go frequently enough that they know me so that's a plus.

Only drawback I would note is that the lobby is very small and if there are more than 3 people in there it can feel hectic and crowded. But I'm a bit claustrophobic, so that's not the shop's fault.

Oh my gosh, this Dominos is the absolute best! The food is always piping hot and delicious. And let me tell you, the delivery people are sooo friendly. It’s almost too good to be true! I’ve never written a review for a pizza chain before, but I just had to because this particular franchise is truly exceptional!
