I am new to espresso and have been purchasing beans from all of the top roasters in the Minneapolis area. Out of the 10 or so I have tried the Edina Roaster Heirloom has been my favorite. I think I am on my 4th bag of beans. The staff is always friendly, and their prices are competitive with the other roasteries in town.
Very clean, quiet and high quality!!!
Staff is nice, cold brew is legit and mochas are delicious.
Two things to note:
1. they only do whole milk for regular priced items, and only additional cost milk is oat milk ($1 and still tasted delicious).
2. They have compostable to go cups, yet in store, due to location restrictions (?), they do not compost on site.

I had a Autumn special Thackery Binx made with their house syrups. Great coffee. Also I recommend the Autumn tonic is an espresso and tonic cold refreshing beverage and you have to try the burnt sugar candy's when you get there. One bag is $15 but one taste tells you it's not about the money. ?
