The woman who is typically behind the counter, whom I believe to be the manager (her name is Joyce, 5’5” to 5’6”ish tall, with light strawberry-blonde to light brown hair), has consistently been one of the most unkind and unpleasant individuals I’ve ever encountered in customer service. On Saturday, I simply ordered a Thai peanut wrap and asked for it to be made lettuce WRAPPED, instead of a tortilla. Joyce immediately gave me a harsh look, and when my order was ready, she placed the to-go box on the counter with noticeable aggression, without saying a single word—not even a thank you.
I understand that everyone can have difficult days, but this is not the first time I’ve experienced rudeness from her at this location. What made this time different was the way my food was prepared and presented. Please see the photo attached for reference—this is what I received for nearly $27 (a wrap and a Go Green lemonade). It was shocking and felt intentionally dismissive. I even stood at the counter for a moment, hoping for some acknowledgment, but she wouldn’t so much as look my way. I eventually left, confused and disappointed.
Joyce, shame on you. I truly hope you find peace within yourself so that you can treat people with kindness and respect. A simple “thank you” or acknowledgment goes a long way, and there is never a reason to direct anger toward customers who are simply placing an order.

Souvlaki sandwich was obviously recycled baked chicken breast . Small cup of coffee was an unbelievable $5.50. Tea was even more. Price/value > 2. Never again.

Came in to study and take notes. Celina took the best care of me. Suggested a DELICIOUS go green lemonade and let me add cucumbers to my club. She checked on me but never interrupted me a blessing truly! Definitely coming back for a peaceful study environment <3

Came to celebrate my granddaughter’s birthday. This restaurant is a great choice for vegetarians, families who like to eat healthy and have a variety of menu options to choose from! Everyone was friendly and our server Cory was superb! Our drinks and food came exactly as ordered - the beer was COLD and the food was HOT! Cory did not miss a beat and we so appreciated his excellent service! We had a lovely time and he helped make our granddaughter’s birthday celebration very special! We’re anxious to return & try more of the menu options & seasonal specials and highly recommend this restaurant!

The staff here are always excellent. Knowledge and accommodating with special dietary needs. The food was fabulous as always. From the salmon, to the walleye, the burger and the butter chicken, everyone enjoyed their meal. The carrot cake was scrumptious.
The soup i ordered was very bland but adding some Tabasco sauce made it good. They have the very best lemonade.

First of all there was no one at the to go window when i arrived i waited for about 3 minutes before someone saw me and went to get the girl. She was not nice at all its like she didn’t want to work. I asked for 2 go green lemonades and she completely filled the cup with ice, so i asked her to remove some of it and she wanted to charge 75 cents i was very confused because just yesterday i got the same lemonade and I didn’t have to ask for less ice because it was a reasonable amount. However, i was going to pay the 75 cents and she proceeded to tell me oh theres no way i can charge for it now you have to ask before I charge you all that with an attitude. Customer service is not something this person has at all.
