B e w a r e of an an un-advertised 18% surcharge on that was not mentioned on the phone nor on the online website. The cashier Steve was pleasant, however unapologetic and dismissive that the surcharge is not referenced or made known upfront which is the least they could do.

Love that we can order our pizzas par-baked and prep them at home. The pineapple pizza and hello trinity are our family favorites.

I ordered four pizzas for delivery. When they arrived, 3 were incorrect. I called the store and was told it wasn't their problem, there was nothing they could do about it and to deal with Door Dash. The individual I spoke to was very rude. I won't do business with Hello Pizza again.

Not only does this pizza place have the best pizza in the state, but their customer service, there are two gentlemen, one that works the register, and one that answers the phone, and they’re both super kind and seem like great people. I will continue to go here from now on. Come to this location. This is the place to get a good pizza, and a really good environment, with kind people.

Anna Kim's pizza is an absolute triumph! Each slice is a masterpiece of flavor, with a crust that's the perfect balance of crispy and chewy. The quality of ingredients is evident in every bite, from the rich tomato sauce to the gooey, perfectly melted cheese. The passion for pizza-making that truly sets Anna Kim's apart. The service is as delightful as the pizza itself, making every visit a joy. If you're a pizza enthusiast, this place is a must-visit - five stars just don't seem enough for the pizza perfection they deliver! Best part, unlike her other stores, this one is super casual!

Mediocre pizza. Never as good as I want it to be even if the topping combinations are well thought out. Crust is severely lacking. At this price, I'm getting a family size from Luce.Lastly, I hate to complain about this, especially these days, but the service was standoffish. I don't need fake smiles and welcome cheers but these workers clearly didn't want to serve me even after I insisted on not being served multiple times within closing hour.

Anne Kim is a pizza goddess. Lola, Joni, etc. serve astonishingly, world-class excellent pizza. Hello Pizza is a bit of an homage to NYC-style pizza/slice places. It definitely has the feel of a NY-area pizza place inside - except Hello is less cramped, is less dirty, and the staff here are quite friendly. As a NYC transplant, I liked the vibe. The pizza was good. It was definitely more of an East Coast style. However, the pizza itself was a bit underwhelming. The crust was good - a bit light and fluffy, while still having a crunch to it. The sauce and toppings were ok. Maybe I was expecting something else, over-hyped it in my mind, that it felt less than excellent. That said, do check it out as it is still better than 99/100 pizza places in the Twin Cities.

Decent pizza with the exception of the cardboard tasting crust. Overpriced for the quality.

The pizza here is great, one of my favorites. Unfortunately, this place is hilariously overpriced. In recent years they’ve really doubled down with 18% takeaway fees, and extra delivery fees. The high prices keep most people I know away, despite it being a great pizza spot.Haven’t run into anyone with a different opinion of Hello yet.

Just moved to the area and trying different pizza places every week. Hello pizza is officially our number one so far and will be our go to for pizza and movie night. Great crust and tasty toppings!

It’s hard to find good NY style pizza in the twin cities, luckily this spot exists. I do wish they would bring back single slices, used to get them all the time pre pandemic. It’s also insanely pricey for a 12 inch pepperoni pizza. I’d go here a lot more if those weren’t factors. Also guy over the phone sounds kinda rude whenever I call ….
