The most rude staff i’ve ever encountered. Walked in, asked for something, staff lady with blue hair came in from the back yelling “we don’t do that”..ok. Asked for alternative (which was on the menu), she started the blender mid conversation and said “can’t hear them” to her coworker with the rudest voice ever, then walked away. Don’t recommend this location to anyone, clearly no one wants to do their job there.

I wish I could have given less than 1 star, rude staff, such a staff I have never seen. I have never given such bad ratings to anyone, because the staff here snatches things from kids hand without even knowing whether the customer wants it or not. If you don’t want customers to touch and pickup any snacks then there should be appropriate messaging, not that staff will start fighting with kids. When I confronted then i was asked to go home. Never mind this was my last time here or any Jamba Juice #saynotojambajuice

Oh my goodness!!! We had a terrible flight to MSP and we're facing a 5 hour drive home. Stopped to get a smoothie and energy burst. Ace MADE our week!! She was phenomenal. So attentive and kind. Plus the smoothies were perfectly done. So grateful for thoughtful people. ❤️❤️

Workers did not wash hands or wear gloves. Worker over blended my smoothie because he was scrolling on his phone instead of doing his job. There was nobody else in the store at this time either so it isn't like he was in a rush.
When I went in for my usual smoothie today I met Ace, the new AGM, who had such a positive attitude and made a great impact on my day! Made pleasant conversation with me while training a new employee, and making my smoothie quickly and well!

Entered the store, very long line. Since it's a very small space with too many people I left the store and decided to order online. After trying to submit the order there was no clear indication the order was processed. Website asked to join loyalty program, but returned error message and didn't look like the order went through. Still charged. Called the store. The manager never called me back after employee took my number and message.

-understaffed -Too busy making orders to welcome you when you walk in (whatever) -if you walk in before your online order is ready, apparently when its finally ready they just set it on the counter without letting you know while continuing to make other peoples orders -smoothie sat and melted while I stood there waiting and the employee said “it’s been sitting right there” after asking me what im waiting for -did not any of the paid additions, or even an apology for wasting my time -no bag or straw Never coming back ✌️ unacceptable
