Been to this location several times, never gone smoothly. Today my niece and I waited a total of twenty minutes(in line and waiting for our drinks), people who waited in line behind us received their orders first. I paid for two mediums and we both received smalls, employee offered to remake them and I just wanted to leave. If I have Jamba Juice again it will not be at this location.

Tina and Dan stayed open late to fill an order for me and it made a big difference - THANK YOU - I was just discharged from a hospital stay that required 2 emergency surgeries and 3 blood transfusions. My appetite was gone but I knew I needed to get something in my body and Jamba Juice was the only thing that sounded good. I appreciate them so much! 💕

If I could do less than one star I would. I’m really disappointed in the treatment of customers at this place. My order was wrong and the costumer service was a joke. I used to really enjoy coming here but I will not be coming back. Sad to see this business spiral the way it did.

Very rude staff working there, I was waiting for at least 15mins for someone to take my order, just to be met with a scoff and eye roll. Don’t’ recommend.

The most rude staff i’ve ever encountered. Walked in, asked for something, staff lady with blue hair came in from the back yelling “we don’t do that”..ok. Asked for alternative (which was on the menu), she started the blender mid conversation and said “can’t hear them” to her coworker with the rudest voice ever, then walked away. Don’t recommend this location to anyone, clearly no one wants to do their job there.

I wish I could have given less than 1 star, rude staff, such a staff I have never seen. I have never given such bad ratings to anyone, because the staff here snatches things from kids hand without even knowing whether the customer wants it or not. If you don’t want customers to touch and pickup any snacks then there should be appropriate messaging, not that staff will start fighting with kids. When I confronted then i was asked to go home. Never mind this was my last time here or any Jamba Juice #saynotojambajuice

Tired of coming in black and not being greeted by Black people or white people and then seeing other people be greeted I guess I will continue to spend my money until I’m ready to just go home and make my own damn smoothie. … smoothie was good though nice and air quote thick like the guy who took the order said.

Oh my goodness!!! We had a terrible flight to MSP and we're facing a 5 hour drive home. Stopped to get a smoothie and energy burst. Ace MADE our week!! She was phenomenal. So attentive and kind. Plus the smoothies were perfectly done. So grateful for thoughtful people. ❤️❤️
