It is worrying that the place is terrible. They have a terrible attitude. I am going to send a review to the owner of the franchise to do a detailed investigation of the manager of this place and I am also going to report the place for discrimination against employees. I have seen how you abuse employees because you think they are needy and do not know English to defend themselves.

Great staff but lord the bread is always hard as heck! I've been a few times to this location and the bread has been hard and crunchy each time. I don't know if it sits out too long or being over baked. Hopefully 4th time is the charm lol
On top of mediocre service.... I also so a rat / mouse scurrying in the establishment yesterday. When I told the employee he said that was normal. I understand it is winter but protocol needs to keep this from happening. I did not want to eat afterwards.... Won't return.

The worst and rudest female manager that was working there today as well as a very unpleasant male manager. Would not go to this location again. I am speaking from my experience at the store, not only is the manager rude but they did not get my order right either. Not sure what else you are referring to but you clearly do not know how to manage a restaurant and satisfy your customers. I am clearly not the only customer who feels this way based on the reviews

Since moving to the area a few months ago, I’ve visited this Jersey Mike’s location twice. The food is always delicious, of course, but what sets this location apart from others is their stellar customer service! The handful of workers I’ve interacted with here have made notable effort to create a fun and pleasant experience for their customers.

Don’t order door dash through them, I ordered the #43 double meat with no peppers and I get a regular #43 with peppers no extra meat try calling them to tell them I’m allergic to peppers and they hang up. Safe to say I had to throw my sandwich away and will not be ordering from the jersey mikes ever again.

The men working were high energy and VERY welcoming. Felt like I just ran into some homies. Mikes way is the only way!
Even tho I went back to the store after having issues with my chips.. owner was nice to give me a free sub and chips I felt bad but this place isn't that bad at all after all I am thankful to have my chips in one piece this time... ?

Super disappointed with my experience at this location. I witnessed the blonde GM being rude and borderline abusive to minorities in what felt racially charged. I won’t be giving them another chance, save your time and drive to a different location.

I stop in this location cause i seen that it was still open. Brought my child inside and the associate yell to my childIt's closed. I got there at 8:50 Which i understand it was later than expected. But it clearly wasn't closed cause the doors would have been locked. I asked him why would he yell across the counter it's closed before we even enter the door. The associate was rude and the other worker joined in a said i was a lil aggressive. Instead of apologizing for not helping me when it was clearly open. I asked for his name he said it was Malik and I proceeded to leave. At this point i will not return to this location. I have went to jersey Mikes for years and the service has went down especially here.
