I stop in this location cause i seen that it was still open. Brought my child inside and the associate yell to my childIt's closed. I got there at 8:50 Which i understand it was later than expected. But it clearly wasn't closed cause the doors would have been locked. I asked him why would he yell across the counter it's closed before we even enter the door. The associate was rude and the other worker joined in a said i was a lil aggressive. Instead of apologizing for not helping me when it was clearly open. I asked for his name he said it was Malik and I proceeded to leave. At this point i will not return to this location. I have went to jersey Mikes for years and the service has went down especially here.

I didn't get names which I'm mad at myself for not getting, but the people working the afternoon/evening shift on 1 March were amazing. We had stopped in earlier for work stuff and the guy was super nice and energetic and I decided to go back for dinner because of him. So whomever was working tonight around 5pm definitely deserves a raise!

I received a coupon for a free sub for my birthday, but the manager refused to provide the sub.
I went in on 09/01 this week, and we have to give kudos to the workers, they were hustling, happy, and attentive. I have to say this is the best service industry experience I had since 2020, which is surprising as this is sandwich shop with short interactions. Thank you for creating a great team!
