JM's is one of my favorites and this particular branch is the best in town. I mean what can you say more? Delicious sandwiches, quality ingredients, and amazing/quick customer service ... You can't go wrong by coming here and trying anything on the menu.

Ordered pickup from this location and asked for onions and relish on the side. When I got home after picking it up, about 20 mints away, I found no sides and that the onions and relish were on the sandwich. I called to express my frustration and the manager told me that the order was confusing because I had listed onions and relish in the sandwich ingredients but then said onions and relish on the side which made them think I wanted it on the sandwich and extra on the side. I replied, ok, so if that's the case why then why don't I have any extra on the side. His response was that if I wanted to put in such a confusing order, I need to call and make sure that they understand what I want. My reply, ok, so you're saying it's my fault and then he hung up on me.
Not returning to this location.

Sandwich was great with my pickup order. Jersey mikes has free subs for birthdays and my boyfriend didn’t get the email about it so we thought we’d just go in and ask if they could still do it. The employee just kind of said oh nooo dang and then walked away with nothing else said, so we left.
