This store and the management there are the WORST EVER. After waiting for an hour for my order to show up, I finally called the store to ask where it is. On the "track app" it showed that it was delivered to me. When I called they said that my order has been out for delivery for over 30 minutes. When I told them that is not acceptable and my food should not be sitting out for that long when I am 5 minutes away, they said well we just received your order. When I called them out on their lie, they said well we have had a lot of orders and its first come first serve. I told them well I ordered it at 10:50 before your store even opened and so I should have been first on their list if that is how it plays out. He then proceeds to tell me that well we got the order at 11:10 and that it is a corporate issue and not his fault. He then proceeds to tell me that he driver just left like 5 minutes ago. WHAT THE HECK is this manager on. He changed his story each time I called him out on his lazy lying butt and I still have not received my food and it has been over an hour of them being opened. The customer service here sucks and they need to fire the manager of that store ASAP.

Wow. If I could give negative stars, I would. This location has absolutely terrible customer service. My husband and I placed an order, and when we opened our delivery, we discovered we had received the wrong sandwiches. We called to report the problem, expecting an apology and a new order to be sent out. Instead, we were greeted by a rude dude who blamed us for the mistakes. I spent over 5 minutes on the phone with him explaining why they should accommodate a new order: we're loyal customers, the sandwiches were far from what we ordered, they guarantee "freaky fast" service, "the customer is always right" mentality of good restaurants, etc. He had the audacity to argue with me and claim we were trying to "cheat the store" out of money. Please! For the cost of $7 sandwiches, we'd just go elsewhere if that was our goal. In the end, he begrudgingly agreed to send out new sandwiches. Totally disappointing, JJs -- check yourself!

Our office is across from Southdale Center and we are very frequent customers of this store's delivery. This is because of consistently fresh, good quality food delivered quickly. We recently had an experience where the store had an issue delivering our food quickly due to road construction and our order was also mixed up, this is a rare occasion but we still brought it to the attention of the General Manager, Cullen, and we were more than pleased with the solution he presented. They appreciated our business and made sure we were happy with the outcome. We continue to be happy customers of Jimmy John's!

I went in for a BLT Unwich, chips and drink. It was fresh, fast and the drink was calibrated well. Perfect for my sunny, outside lunch!
Italian night club. The service was ok. We just got a quick bite and had to end up going home because my lap was covered in watered down sauce.

Ordered for 4:45 PM in order to leave for baseball at 5. Since they're so fast I thought they could handle it. Received it after 5 & couldn't have been less helpful when I called. Going back to Subway or Panera pickup for early games.
