I had a really disappointing experience at this Jimmy John's location. After purchasing a $9 sandwich that wasn’t up to par—literally just two pieces of bread and a small slab of turkey—I politely expressed my dissatisfaction to the staff. Instead of addressing the issue or offering to make things right, the manager told me I should never come back. I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and customer care. For a place that prides itself on quality and service, this was a complete letdown. I won’t be returning, and I would recommend finding a different sandwich shop where customer concerns are taken seriously.

When you place an online order using the app at 8:40pm knowing that you checked their closing time both here on Google and the Jimmy Johns website only to show up at 8:52pm to a store that has clearly been closed for a while already. All the lights were off, and no employees in sight and a locked door ... So no food for me!

Slow AF. I don’t know how sandwiches can be so confusing for staff. They somehow got two out of three sandwiches wrong. Rang it up wrong at the register and then didn’t even make it as it was written on the receipt. So they had remake most of our order.

I really don’t t write reviews. This Jimmy John’s is the worst. From the person taking your order to the person who is making it and forgetting your order.
The service, the attitude , the order.
As soonest you come in. You can feel the bad Vibes. Worse experience. Who ever is managing. Need to do a better job. Picking the staff to work

Lucas took my order and he was mean and unprofessional. I gave him cash and he slammed the cash register when he gave me my change back without saying a word. His body action clearly stated he was mad. Please teach this employee how to give better customer service.

Truth Hurts

Walk into a busy, focused, productive store. Get greater and asked if anything needed. Did an online sandwich order and my work is near by. The cashier asked workers in assemble for my lunch and handed it to me saying thanks. Couldn’t ask much more of them. My first try of the #12 Beach club and it was tasty! Like the cucumber slices. Could have had more guacamole but over all great bite.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a free parking lot but it was really full. Ramp access for wheel chairs.
