OH MY GOD JJ POKE HAS THE BEST FOOD EVER!!! I am obsessed with the build your own bowl then don't you dare sleep on the chicken buns. It's so good that one time I was eating one and I took a bite and the chicken fell onto the floor and I picked it up and ate it anyways because IT IS THAT FIRE. Staff is incredible and establishment is pristine.

Food is great, staff sometimes aren’t. The food is amazing, and well worth the short drive to this place, and the order process is extremely easy. At the door, there are small cards for the poke bowl menu. You grab one, and check the boxes for what you want. Size, protein, sauce, toppings, etc. If you want to make modifications, or special requests, every time I’ve done so, the staff have had a very difficult time understanding what I want. As an example, I simply asked for a small bowl of extra rice, and they said no. I said I was happy to pay full price, even though I wasn’t getting toppings, and they seemingly couldn’t comprehend this. It took me five minutes to simply explain that yes, I wanted plain rice. It is however, very important that I note the fact that I’ve only had difficulties like this a few times out of the dozens of time I’ve been here. If you don’t want modifications, then it’s great! Food is delicious, and wait time is minimal. I’d recommend the egg rolls.
