The signature beef rib noodles are simply amazing! Boss, how do you get your money back by adding three large ribs 😂 There are no noodles at all!

This is not authentic Chinese Lanzhou Hand-made noodles at all.
What a shame! When this location opened, I was such a big fan. The noodles were close to the real thing in China.
Years later, the owner decided to cater to Americans who know nothing about real Chinese food instead of keeping the original flavor. They changed the broth, the noodles, the ingredients. This "Lanzhou Hand-made noodles are nothing resemble the real noodles in China. The Americanized cooking destroyed all the love I had for Lanzhou Noodles.
If you want the real thing, run! Don't walk.
I have been running a noodle shop for several years. In the early days of opening, the taste was closer to the authentic Lazhou Ramen. But this is a common problem among Fujian people. Wanting to make quick money, no matter what, I decided not to make noodles properly and improved the taste. The current soup, the base, and the noodles are all completely different. It was extremely unpalatable. Nothing close to authentic Lanzhou Ramen. I ordered several bowls of noodles and couldn't eat any of them. Check out and leave. Will never come again. The current "Lanzhou Ramen" noodle soup is as light as water. Other noodles even had surprising sweet and sour flavors. Tomato sauce is actually used in the fried noodles. It's dumbfounding. Sure enough, the Fujian people, in order to make money, ruined Chinese food. Calling this type of noodles Lanzhou Ramen is simply a disgrace to the authentic Lanzhou Ramen. I have traveled around the world and the Lanzhou Ramen I had in Nepal put this noodle shop in a league of its own. If you want to eat authentic Lanzhou Ramen, I advise you not to come. It's okay to lie to white Americans and black Mexicans who know nothing. This kind of noodles makes people want to take off the shop's sign and crush it under their feet every minute in front of a noodle connoisseur.

My wife and I went to Master Noodle Edina for a Valentines Day lunch. Instead of seating in the crowded area by the kitchen that the server suggested, we asked for a quiet booth by the window.
Apparently this upset the servers. They were rude and dismissive. When I asked the waitress for a fork she gave me a backhanded wave. She never made eye contact and didn't thank us when we paid and left. The food was sweet and overly salted. Not worth the price, and we will never go back.

This is about as close to authentic Chinese noodle soup as you're going to get in the cities! Fresh pulled and shaved noodles! Also, they have wood ear mushrooms, which are delicious! Master noodle is a family favorite!
Kid-friendliness: They are great with kids!

We love getting Master Noodle for takeout when we want something warm, satisfying, and still fairly healthy. I usually get the Taiwanese tomato beef brisket noodles, and my husband loves the Master Noodle soup. The scallion pancakes are also divine; highly recommend trying them! Consistently great quality and we never have to wait too long to pick up our order.

We went here on Christmas Eve at about 7:00. They were pretty busy, but not to the extreme. Appetizers and drinks arrived quickly but the rest of the food took over an hour. Understandable given the date but not ideal. The staff were apologetic about it, and the food was great when it did arrive. Reasonable prices too, we were with 7 people and split 5 main dishes, this was plenty of food. A nice place but a one-off bad experience.
Parking: It’s in a strip mall, parking spots are plentiful
Kid-friendliness: Awesome atmosphere, families feel very welcome
Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs, step ups, or thresholds to speak of

Food was okay, service was awful. Been here twice and both times had the same terrible service. 40 minutes for our 2 bottles of beer and an hour for our food. What was listed as spicy has ZERO spice. Not even Minnesota spice but no spice at all. Not worth the dollars and wait.

Our go-to place for an authentic and delicious Chinese noodle soup early dinner. It has to be early dinner because the food is so irresistible here the amount of carbs, meat and soup we ended up eating is too much for having a sound sleep.

The noodles are okay, but don't order rice. The pork chops are dry and tasteless, the rice is cold and not tasty, and there are almost no side dishes. The first time I went there, I asked a question, but the waitress's attitude made me feel impatient, so I won't go there again.

Boring. Flavorless. Not authentic anything. Overpriced for what you get. My ramen out of a package at home is better. Yawn.
You’re paying for the nice looking dining room.
