I used the drive through. The drive through experience was good. Window service was weird. But anyways, I ordered the 4a being the McCrispy Combo. The McCrispy sandwich was BURNT with some hard bread. The fries, I kept getting HAIR all in my mouth. The bag of fries was FULL of hair ! With every single bite I was getting another strand of hair! Needless to say, I will NOT be revisiting this location!!!

The guy at the register didn't know English right so I had to go in when I just wanted to go through the drive-thru. But otherwise once I explained to this sweet young lady inside who could speak English, everything was perfect

Showing 2 houses today in Edina and thought I'd stopped and had a hamburger and a Diet Coke. Really fast service, the food was hot and good. Staff was nice. I decided to go in and order my food to go. The drive through line was very long period the only negative about this location is the whole area because it's across from Southdale center is so incredibly busy that the traffic can be overwhelming at times. But I got in and out of the restaurant in less than 10 minutes.

One of the worst drive-thru experiences I’ve ever had. I pulled up to order, and the workers completely ignored me. Cars behind me were helped right away while I sat there with no greeting, no order taken, nothing. It honestly felt like I was being treated differently because of how I look, and that is unacceptable. No customer should ever feel judged or disrespected like that. This location needs serious training on respect, equality, and basic customer service. Never ever gonna eat at this mcdonald’s✌️💅💅

Last night about 11 PM me and my fiancé came here for a late night bite. We only had hundred dollar bills so that’s what we paid with. We went to window two where there was too young Mexican gentleman there at that time it looked like one of them unplugged, a white cable that was to a camera or some of that sort the money was then brought into the back of the store and took a long time to be able to actually get the change given back to us when I finally was it was eight dollars short we asked them about it. They consistently said no no no and after what I’ve been through that day, I was kind of just like whatever they were not acting like they could speak very good English so it was a language barrier as well I would just say that the district manager of this store if you’re not in on it, you need to be watching the cameras and you need to be seeing why there’s gaps in your camera footage simply because they’re definitely is cash that’s going on at this location on a major scale and people being taken advantage of
