As someone who’s from Colorado where noodles & company was founded, not mention it’s one of my favorite food to eat. This location has to be the worse one by far. I truly don’t understand why it’s so difficult to follow a simple recipe! Eveytime I order from this location I get instant regret. The food taste dry the seasoning is off. One time I had to drive back because they forgot to put sauce in the pasta! I mean completely just forgot so I had to drive all the way back, and they had to remake it.

Stopped in to order some noodles for my daughter, they were busy making another order but not one person greeted me or said be right with you. They just looked at me and kept doing what they were doing. They turned around and looked at me about 4 more times before finally telling me it would be a minute. Then one guy took my order and after I paid he just turned around and started making another order. No thank you, no reciept, nothing. I'm pretty easy to please and this was not a good experience at all. Sorry I was such an inconvenience.

Julio the general manager of this location is incredible!! He greets me every single week with a smile at the register! No only is the service quick, but my order is always accurate! The mac & cheese and cheesy bread with marinara are PERFECT every single time! Sofie the assistant manager is incredible too! My experience every time is perfect! 10/10 recommend every time! Thank you Julio, Sofie, and staff!

I am a big eater and like a larger portion of food. This place I was a little disappointed with portion sizes. I ordered spicy Korean beef noodles and the flavor was good, but,,,, again I would expect more, larger portion. The store was quiet, really not a very clean place. Wasn't filthy though either. Very simple store.I guess I would not recommend or ever return to a noddles and company again.Parking: Was after 8pm and the whole lot was empty.Wheelchair accessibility: Front row parking

In the summer, I enjoy taking the grandkids to Noodles for lunch. Today, we went to the one near Southdale. They like the Kid's Meals and I like the Med Salad. It always had a creamy, delicious dressing. Today, the dressing was suddenly spicy! I complained to one employee, and he said that someone else had been upset about the new spice a week or two ago. I asked to talk to a manager, and she insisted that it has always been spicy! A direct lie, or an ignorant defense. It's not necessary that every dish become spicy! It was perfect as it was. Employees should listen to longtime customers who have eaten the item for years. Not sure if I'll return there again.Kid-friendliness: Great Kid's Meals and Rice Krispy treats.
