I love this place but wish the orange chicken wasn't so spicy. The fried rice and shrimp are great though.

Why write a review of a chain restaurant? Well perhaps to dispel some misconceptions I had of Panda Express at least for this location. Recently I dropped my iPhone off at the Southdale Apple Store for a battery replacement (if you are interested in my experience read my Yelp review). I had some me time to kill and it was noon so I went up to the nearby food court. I am always a sucker for American-Chinese food so I decided on Panda Express. The food was hot and fresh and tasted good. I know it isn't "authentic" but what is? I am not even sure about myself. Service was polite and quick and in these days in which you are almost required to tip, I offered but it was politely declined. The dining area is typical of food courts everywhere a collection of tables and chairs but everything was clean and blessedly quiet. I would definitely return.

Sorry Chief

Wouldn't not expect cash and was very pushie when once I returned with my card very un happy with the service I received if I could I would give you zero

Rude, wouldn't accept cash & the guy wouldn't listen to me or make eye contact.

I think this location is great. I feel like it's less hectic than mall of america which is closeby so that's a plus. Then again I'm not sure how it looks like on Friday-Sunday between 3pm-closing.My issue is that it's pricier to eat here because I am a huge drinker of water. It's free at every other location except maybe mall locations? A 2.40 dollar bottle of water is not enough to keep me from being thirsty after a meal. I drink a lot of water. I would need at least 2 bottled waters which is basically 5 dollars.I don't care about soda so coming to eat here is a negative if I can't get free water. The extra charge isn't worth it. If you love soda, and order a large drink then it probably won't matter to you however.Parking: Mall parking. Lots of space.

Terrible manager/owner is very rude and angry won't give free refills and got angry when I asked for a extra fork to eat my food. Do not go here

I love easy. When we lived in IL our Panda Express was right by the interstate exit to our town. Sure made our homecoming EASY and YUMMY. It was hard not to eat those delicious egg rolls before we turned into our driveway.Such great, EASY dinners.

I ate there for my first time. Good service. Polite staff and the food was better than expected

Fried rice doesn’t look authentic. No oil, little eggs, too lightly seasoned, no bean sprouts. I hope panda ceo changes this. Beijing beef sauce sour, not good. But everything else is ok.

They were rude and had an attitude towards me. They wouldn’t give me my employee discount when I actually do work in the mall!!!

After paying for my meal I simply said a Large Diet Coke.I took a first sip and knew it was regular Coke. I took the Large Coke to the counter and simply asked for a Diet Coke for a exchange. The lady at the counter mumbled and said here now get! ? I thought that's it as I'm done with this establishment.Besides some of the foods we're sticky and dry. Yuck ?.

My daughter accidentally dropped her soda literally in front of the workers and when she asked for a refill and she was denied a refill and made her pay from her allowance instead of simply giving her a refill, even though they literally saw everything. These workers must learn how to be kind hearted and not faint hearted.
