I have not been there in years. The food and drink was as expected which was very good. It was a very warm weeknight at 6 PM. We were one of maybe five tables filled in the restaurant. Hoping it was the weather and nothing else that caused so few people to be enjoying this restaurant. I would definitely go again, and hope to see more people next time... A little bit better buzz when there are more in the restaurant

Yikes. Never again. They are either understaffed for low crowds or they just don't move quickly. Or just didn't care about our table. FOUR dollars for a soda is WAY too much. We couldn't even get a refill. The chicken is way overcooked. The worst part is how dirty the place is. The glasses have a gross film. The appetizer plates were visibly dirty and the light fixtures have dirt literally hanging off them.I would not return here and would not recommend it to anyone.

Food was excellent, service excellent. Only issue is that they really don't want you to use your credit card, instead they are pushing for you to pay by phone. We don't have that setup on our phone so we're ready to leave when they said they could take credit, it was corporate who are pushing phone payments. So be aware.

Rarely do you find someone to go above and beyond for a take out order. But this manager, Eric, was kind, patient, embraced the changes/substitutions, and literally blew me away! He's a great asset to this restaurant!

Qon was our server and took excellent care for us. Food is delicious and each entree were served in large portions good for sharing. Just ask for another bowl if you're sharing a soup or another plate if it's a dish. Overall worth coming back to when we're in the Southdale mall.

By far the worst dining experience I have had in a long time. Firstly my friend ordered Prosecco and it came out completely flat like the bottle had been open for a week. So they replaced it with a glass of wine that had lipstick on the glass when it was served to her. I had ordered one shrimp tempura roll and we were waiting on it for close to half an hour. Then the waitress came out to tell us that the sushi chef "cracks under pressure so he's running behind". It was a Monday at 6pm and there was maybe a 6 other people in the whole place... When the tempura roll finally came out the shrimp wasn't tempura and the chef had just put imitation crab inside instead of shrimp... I asked for the manager because the whole experience was so ridiculous, his name is Chris and he came out with an attitude and was so rude to us about everything. Did not greet us as someone should who works in customer service. Secondly he was talking down about the waitress who was nothing polite and helpful. He ripped the receipt out of my hand at the end of the conversation and stormed off. It was soooo odd. I have not been to a P.F. Chang's in years and it's safe to say we will NOT be returning any time soon.

I stop there every time I can, I simply love their food, servers are super nice. The food come always at a perfect time and taste amazing! The restaurant is super clean and neat, clean bathrooms. The raspberry sauce on the cheesecake dessert it’s just from another world.

Was a little disappointed as the bartender was also our server. It was a Saturday evening and they were busy. I am sure due to the lack of help that's why, he had a couple tables, bartending and making drinks for the rest of the restaurant. Not our usual experience.

I'm disappointed that P.F. Chang's has dropped down to the quality of LeeAnn Chin's. While the Hot and Sour Soup was delicious, beefy and flavorful, the Kung Pao Chicken was just okay. Not spicy at all, despite the plentiful tianjin peppers (which are inedible) the meal itself was really bland. The accompanying Lo Mein was also simply bland and flavorless. I mean, maybe drenched in soy or ponzu sauce it would be okay, but why do that?? Love the soup, which is typically how I judge an Asian restaurant, but didn't care for anything else. One of the rare times I tossed my leftovers rather than have them the next day.

Went here on a busy Friday night , the bartender was working both bar and tables I felt bad but he did not miss a beat . He was excellent , great services, kind ,?finny , great input on food items . And was absolutely amazing . Food was delicious came out fast and left us enough time to finish appetizers before our entrees . I had Diet Coke with my meal and they were on top of refills etc promptly . Great experience . Good food .

We had lunch at PF Chang's on Christmas Eve, such a great place, with an elegant ambiance. It was toasty warm on a frigidly cold Minnesota day. The food was delicious, especially the appetizer dumplings and spicy green beans. Pork lomein ranked high. The noodles for the chicken pad Thai seemed a little overcooked, but still great flavor in the dish. Super helpful wait staff who stood on a chair to get a picture of our group - which was much appreciated. We lingered a long while, no one hurried us. Thanks for a great time.Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian choices

We booked on open table. When we arrived, we were told they didn't use open table even when we showed our reservation confirmation. They had us wait 20 minutes before they confirmed we had a table. We certainly didn't feel very welcome. We waited 30min more before we even got water in a party with children. Our orders came out in close to an hour. Everyone got food but me. When I asked where my meal was, I was told they had run out of what I ordered. They could at least have told me when the order was put in or even before I had to ask.I ordered another item and 10 minutes later I was told they were out. I ordered a third item which was delivered but it was not prepared as the menu described. There was no real apology or anything done to acknowledge that 7 people had to sit there and wait for me or that I sat there and watched while they ate. It was one of the worst dining experiences I have had.

We had mix reviews when going to try this restaurant but we wanted to experience it ourselves. I was impressed with the quantity of food you get in takeout. My boyfriend and I enjoyed the noodles and sesame seed chicken. The rice was okay and the sweet and sour chicken was alright tasting. I will eat here again and try other dishes but definitely will order lo mein noodles with sesame seed chicken.

I have not been to a PF in probably 20 years, but we were at the Southdale Ctr mall on a Saturday and needed to eat. It was also raining and I was not about to schlep wife and kids in and out of the car in search of food.So...why not try PF Changs. It is still a fun environment, it is a knock-off of a Vegas or NYC-styled place like Buddhakan or Tao, complete with loungy electronic music. Our server was very nice and promptly took our order and soon after our food arrived. We split the chicken that was close to General Tso's but less sweet. Fried chicken pieces in a sauce and we got sides of white rice and fried rice. The food was ok, nothing special, kind of mediocre. However, it was more than made up for it with friendly, prompt service, and being very helpful sitting us at a table that could accommodate strollers and high chairs, etc. Definitely not for date night, but definitely good for a quick family meal.
