When we first walked in, we were really impressed — there was so much food set out, it looked exciting and promising. Once we got seated, the dining area was busy, but that’s to be expected for brunch.
We started with the hot food, which was warm and fresh, but once we moved to the items under the warming lamps, everything went downhill. The food there was cold — not just slightly, but uncomfortably cold. The prime rib and au jus were actually freezing, and the omelet station toppings looked like they had been sitting out for quite a while.
The service was another major issue. When we were first seated, I asked if we should wait for our server. We waited about 10 minutes before anyone came by. When the server finally introduced himself, he started taking our drink orders, but walked away before I could even finish ordering for our group. When he came back, I was able to get the last order in — but then he disappeared again for another 30–40 minutes.
During that time, no one checked on us, and our drinks sat empty. When he finally returned, he didn’t offer refills until I specifically asked. Then, another long stretch went by before he brought the check — and once he did, he disappeared again. After about 15 minutes of waiting, we finally got up to find him ourselves.
Overall, the service was terrible, and the food — especially for the price — was disappointing. They really need to figure out how to keep the food warm and train their staff to be more attentive.
I won’t be back anytime soon.

Food is really good especially the lobster pizza. Highly recommend to order it. But service really needs to improve, I ordered twice on Uber but the orders automatically cancelled then I called restaurant they even don't they turned off the Uber that I have to drive 35 mins for picking it up.

I’ve been to this location many times, and it never disappoints! The food is always great, the service is friendly and consistent, and the atmosphere is perfect for relaxing or hanging out with friends. Definitely one of my favorite spots in the area!

I had a blast at Pinstripes! Honestly, this spot is way more about the fun vibes than just the food you can grab a bite, sure, but it’s really all about hanging out and enjoying yourself. Games, atmosphere, music, the whole energy… it just hits different. Staff were chill and made the place feel super welcoming, no stress at all.
If you’re looking for a spot to kick back, have a good time, and not just eat, I’m telling you Pinstripes is it. Don’t sleep on it, I’d totally recommend it without hesitation. Perfect spot to roll through with friends or even just vibe solo. Fun level

We went as a large group and had it catered. There was plenty of food. It was always stocked and hot. There was always a watestaff person around to get you a drink from the bar. We had our own large room to ourselves and we were not disturbed. I want to try going to the main restaurant and try out the staff and place an order that way.
