Extremely disappointed. I order hour ago and the door dasher never delivered my order. To make it worse no one took accountability not the door dasher or the pizza hut. If you are going to have someone in different country do your work at least give them proper training.

I had a disappointing experience with this Pizza Hut location. They left a rude note on my car windshield about parking in front of the business, even though there are no signs stating that parking there isn’t allowed. If they don’t want people parking in front of their establishment, they should clearly post signs instead of resorting to unprofessional behavior. This experience left a bad impression, and I’m unlikely to return.

I received three completely undercooked items in addition to waiting 30 minutes beyond my pickup time for the whole order. I requested a refund a the response was sorry, “will use this feedback to ensure we can continue to improve the experience for all our customers.” Don’t order here if you expect quality, service, or timeliness. I kept giving this place a try because on some (now rare) occasions, the order turns out great. Now just over priced and unlikely to even get something edible. Attached picture of raw Cinnabon Mini Rolls with no icing as a reminder of what you’re likely to get.

as see in picture, first picture was given basically bread with no seasoning and of course no sauce. i can’t believe i didn’t check before i left, especially based on reviews. the pizza missing cheese on 2 slices. lol not my night

I had to wait 10 min to get my order because the manager or shift lead decided to run to cub for whatever reason, he left one person in the building working and she couldn’t speak English or knew how to run the register, very unprofessional.

tried to call this location about concerns for an order it just rings and rings nobody answers until it disconnects. These people are serving food to the city. Close them down. they should not be allowed to handle food and deliver it to people

This Pizza Hut location has ripped me off twice as I’ve ordered multiple extra sauce and both times they have not sent them with the order. I’ve called and they promised a refund but both times the refund never came through. So both times they’ve taken an extra $6.00 for something I did not receive. This is not the delivery drivers fault either as I spoke with the driver both times and they show that there was nothing else with their pickup. Do not order from this location if you want to receive your order accurately.
