The pizza was really good! We order a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza was one of the best pizzas I had have from this location. Service was really good and the people where friendly. The only real issue was that I ordered mozzarella sticks *yes they now added mozzarella sticks* they did not have enough cheese and more batter making it feel unedible. Over, not bad at all!

This was the worst experience I have ever had at this Pizza Hut! I ordered 3 pizzas 1 personal pan that was supposed to have light sauce but didn't, 1 medium that was supposed to have light sauce and x cheese but didn't and 1 medium that was supposed to have regular sauce, x cheese but didn't and it was BURNT! IT TASTED HORRIBLE. Eating it was impossible. I would have taken a picture but it was so bad it went right into the garbage.

0 stars if I could. I had to call another store to request a manager and warn them that their employee was angry, repeatedly slamming pizza pans on the floor, equipment across the room, while customers were standing waiting for their orders. One customer said, I hope he can pull it together, but the behavior continued to such a degree that I finally left the store for my safety to sit in the car while the employee finished his 20 minute behavioral tantrum - the employee had no words - just physical displays of behavioral anger - I’m glad I did not bring my children in this store. I will never order from this location again.

I think today just literally ruined my experience with this location…this was nice before, but today I placed an order at 6:20 and it said it’ll arrive between 40-50 minutes. Forty minutes later, no update. 50 minutes, still no update. 1 hour, no update that it’s on the way. 1 hour later, NONE. 1 AND A HALF HOURS LATER, NOT ON THE WAY. TWO HOURS LATER NOT ON THE WAY. NOW NEAR THREE HOURS LATER WITH THE STORE CLOSING AT 10PM WHEN ITS NOW 9PM AND I STILL GOT NOTHING! I felt I had my money and time wasted because I tried to call them about the delivery, but they never picked up the phone and I had to wait on a hungry empty stomach! This was the worst experience of my life!

Ordered at 10:33pm two large pizzas and a two liter of Pepsi . Told me 50-60 minutes not a soul delivered my food . Seen nothing but bad reviews and everything you see bad about this business establishment is dead on. I will be going to corporate with this .

I first want to start by apologizing for being that guy who orders 15 minutes before closing, and I absolutely don't want to make or give excuses about it cuz I've worked in food service and I know that ain't right. While I'll never order this close to closing again, I will order from this location again because of how amazing the person was who was working that night. I feel like he would've been well within his right to have not taken my order or to have at least been hella pissed about it. Instead, he was really nice and brought it out rather quickly. It was nice to end a long day with a nice interaction and a quick treat from Pizza Hut.Again, no one, obviously including myself, should order so close to closing cuz that takes time away from cleaning and store close. So I will order again, but at a reasonable time. And I want to emphasize how amazingly kind the guy who was working that night was. Not sure if he's a manager or store associate, but regardless he was really nice.
Despite always having some type of issue I continued to do business with them. The last straw was when I ordered delivery for my kids while I was not home. My total was 32.23 without tip, I do allow her to add tip, however this time she didn’t, somehow my total was updated to 37.23. I called the store to contest and the person I spoke with said there was a $5 tip. I explained that my daughter confirmed she did not tip. The lady said she would look for the slip and cal me name within 5 minutes, she didn’t. I ended up calling her back and she confirmed she couldn’t find the slip so she was goin to refund the $5. That was on 5/11/23. I still have not received it. I even submitted feedback, all I got was an email on the 20th saying they were further investigating and that they would follow up within 3 days. It’s the 26th. Still nothing.

Wish there was an option to rate zero stars. Ordered a large order day before for a party..no communication, pizza never showed up! Went to the location and it was closed. There should not be an option to place an order online if the location is closed.

This place is absolute garbage. I placed an order for delivery at 12:16PM that was supposed to deliver by 12:46PM. I call at 115PM because I don’t have my order, someone answers at tells me they say on their end it should be delivered by 130PM. I wait until 145PM to call again, I get no answer. I drive over to Pizza Hut and their doors are locked and lights are off. I try calling again and get someone from customer service who tries to transfer me back to the store, which doesn’t answer. I call again 3x more times and customer service keeps transferring me to someone else and no can refund me for the pizza. While I’m doing this, a guy comes out of the Caribou with coffee and a snack and lets himself into Pizza Hut. I try to shout to get his attention but he either didn’t hear me or ignored me. I ran to the door and knocked on it, he saw me and kept walking away and didn’t answer the door. In the 15 minutes I’ve been here I’ve watched more than 5 people try to come get pizza with no success. I just want my money back at this point but I can’t seem to get anyone to do that. 0/5 stars if I could give it.
