I placed an order online to be picked up, got the order confirmation and the rewards points were removed from my account. I went to the store 20 minutes later, when the confirmation said it would be ready. Got there, the door was locked and the lights were off. Called the office and was told I was being transferred to a supervisor. It rang for 3 minutes and then gave me a busy signal!! Super frustrating.

ordered online told time to deliver. it came 40mins after that time and delivered ice cold. terrible. called store he did not seem to care. sorry only 1 driver delivering cold pizzas. worest ever! Pizza Hut does not care about making it right.

Order was for $17.15, Food comes and the Slip says $28.94. EXCUSE ME????
Guy at the Store trying to tell me $ 7.99 Pizza is for Carry out, but it clearly says ONLINE ONLY. Told him to refund ALL my $$ and sent the Stuff back with Driver.
Not the first time I had an Issue with you Guys, but it will be the last.
